6000 Kms done on xpulse BS4. Here are some practical points:
1. Do u really need that much power for daily commute and weekend fun rides. Do u trust Indian roads to consistently ride at 150 kmph?..so 80-90..max 100 cruising speed is more than enough for me.
2. At 1.4 lakhs on road price what more u expect..good enough speed, great suspension, mileage of 40kmpl, eye catchy looks, overall a great feeling to ride.
3. All this hype about off roading: personally in last 10 months of ownership have hardly taken it off road on a purpose. Still for off road junkies this bike is perfect.
So overall, I have upgraded after 11 years on Activa to this. Yes, it's my first bike. If u r a 9-5 office guy who needs office to home and vice versa commute and meanwhile want to enjoy that commute with people noticing u and ur bike on road, do weekend breakfast rides and once in a while can enjoy a tour of 4-5 days (if ur job permits), need a bike that's pocket friendly and don't have a budget for Himalayan or 390 adventure, but still want to have that somewhat big bike adventurer tourer feel...then this bike is perfect for u.
Always be practical when choosing a bike. A reviewer may take the bike to 160 kmph..may take it off road..but do u want the same from that bike or ur purpose is different..as long as ur purpose is met...then every single bike can b a dream bike for sum1
Bro.
Even I'm planning to go for this bike but I'm a bit skeptical because I'm a bit short.
I'm 5'6. Should I go for this bike ? Like how much difference its gonna make in maneuvering in city areas etc.
@@heckindoggo7521 I am 5'8..only the front end of my feet touches the ground..but it's okay..u can manage..the weight is not much
Same here bro, my first bike too. But i owned bs6 version & i am in love this bike. I am a person who only ride on 60-70 kmph max 80 on highway & that's the thing u can easily do with this bike. & when it comes to looks department, omg what could i tell, it just fenominal. Even my father also love it. Now if they have some work in nearby area then they always took it to ride. Love this bike.
But one more thing, if anyone is power hungry than this bike is not for that person.
@@nishanttyagi6345 yes..I atleast get one enquiry from passersby whenever I take this bike out..looks are great..now ordered a tail tidy from project 83x..they have some good cosmetic accessories only for xpulse..look aur killer hoga

Xpulse looks even better in real life than in videos....

Best review of Xpulse I have seen so far. This is exactly how I feel about the bike owning it for a year now.
Should i buy bs6 xpulse200
@@shivanshukumar1854 Yes. Engine is more refined and smoother although ground clearance might be slightly reduced. Didn't feel any difference with the BS6 other than the cosmetic changes.
I'm 5'1, should I get this
@@ashexxxx I'm 5'8 and I can't touch both heels while sitting. It's a very tall bike so I wouldn't recommend. But if you wanna have fun and plan to not use it for daily commute (because u won't be able to maneuver in traffic) then go ahead..
@@Kakotonic I'm 6'2 should I go for it ?

@@vishnuprasad7574 true my BS4 model has run 5000KM only on highway and city. I use it for daily commute mainly, but in rainy season like now, I don't have to think about the knee depth water logged road, which is a daily scenario nowadays in Ahmedabad.
People who want to buy 150-160 cc motorcycles should consider xpulse 200 it has a big advantage on Indian roads
Never buy this shit I have wasted my money build quality is very cheap
@@hanishtandon what happened to ur bike pls tell
Had a lot of expectations from Hero. A bump in power to at least 19-20bhp would have made this the perfect bike for Indian conditions. 80kmph cruising at 6K RPM and a comfortable top speed of 100kmph is essential for touring 500-600kms/day. Hope Hero rectifies this in the next facelift(if and when it arrives).
4v is launching in 6 oct
Even in 2v it can do easily 90-100
I don't know about this but the eco150 can cruise comfortably at 80

Hero have nicely used their Dakar and other rally's experience with rr450 to design Xpulse. Seems best for daily commute and short weekend trips, easy to buy and maintain.
I never understood, why do you need speed when you go touring? You go to enjoy the ride or to race? 60-70kmph should be good enough to ride and enjoy, a bit safer too.
If it's race or the speed you want, you should be on track mate.
✌
Godspeed.
Most sensible comment.. 👌👌
The most sensible comments I have seen on touring
Exactly..I want to use this for touring also..ard 100kmh serves my purpose.
People begging for more power need to see this Comment.👌👌
Very true. The kind of roads we have in india, 70 - 80 kmph is good enough. Pata nai kidar se cows, ducks aur even log nikal ayenge road cross karne! Such things are quite common in my region, NE. Let's forget about the roads 🤣
Your way of explanation is just awesome, really very genuine review everytime, dont lose this genuineness, dont be biased brother, lots of love

By the way prospective Himalayan buyer will buy Xpulse.
I m 5.4 i find it very easy to ride. The suspension is soft its like a bycycle . Excellent to maneuver , corner , and off-road. Due to its lightweight in nature. Is just glide on off road.

U said one good point I am not sure other reviewers told that. In city for bad road we can use it.exactly roads are horrible. Off roading in city only.
Like the way you present with a child-like curiosity and honesty. Keep it up. I also like X-Pulse, I can compromise with power for touring also, but the seat seems to be narrow. Hope it doesn't hurt in long distance rides...
Started seeing reviews of xpulse because I think this bike will help me to tackle our Indian roads...😅

Looks like it will be a main stream bike in a few years. Our roads demand ADV bikes and this bike beautifully fulfills that requirement 😎
I was unable to buy this becoz hero launched it very late.. But I would love to ask people to buy this bike coz it is very eye catchy❤❤
Sir you are doing really a great job.
Big big thanks for your hard labour.
Sir, you are Best UA-camr in India,
I don't miss your videos.
I’m 5’9” & sat on this bike. My feet were touching the ground easily! It is lightweight and fun to drive! Tbh you are not gonna need that much power in city roads like Mumbai
I purchased this bike yesterday... It's really fun bike. The only problem with this bike is seat and headlight.
Bro i really love your videos before searching for any bike i search for your channel before 😍😍
Very under rated bike. This bike is 100% purely made for indian road conditions, but people will still not buy it thinking that it's not popular like pulsars, dukes or rtr. Dual sport bikes are so popular in other countries but not in India.
💯❤Love from Himachal Pradesh... great content on your channel....
Explanation is sooo great ❤️
Just ride the bike you want and it will tell you it's for you or not! In the end your experience that will matter more than the things that have been written on a "brochure".

Should i buy yes or no for city ride
@@shivanshukumar1854 just got mine a week ago, I'm loving it, it's like a toy which you can take wherever you want, since I live in a countryside the bike is perfect for me, I don't know about the city use, but because of the tall seating position you can easily filter through traffic and you'll get a mileage around 43 - 48 * if top end doesn't matter to you much then go for it, the bike has pretty good initial pulling.
Maza aagaya👌👌👌❤️ thanks for the review👌
Bro, in earlier BS4 model there is an insufficient headlight projection ,
Is it still same in BS6 model or its improved now?

In my opinion bs4 is better than bs6 where the bendpipe is fitted ...in bs6 below the engine ,,, it can affected in offroading ...
17.8 HP is more than enough for rider like me , who never cross more than 80 to 85 km/pH . I'm planning to buy it , I live in Darjeeling area .
Hi bro ur of this bike
Yar your review and interaction with us is dam good
I think it's best bike for Indian roads, you can use it for daily commute, because in India roads are full of pot holes and speed breakers. Also, I'm recommending this bike just because of very low wear and tear parts with low maintenance.
One more thing, this is 200 CC bike with good top speed of around 120. I'm driving bikes for last 5 years and never thought of going above 120 at all, done 145 on pulser 220F. Here is a catch, I travel on Mumbai highway and never felt that driving at 80kmpl is low speed. I start with around 50 to 70 to 90 max ... And if road is empty then it's 100.
Buy this if u want 200cc
Avarage speed 70 to 90
Good pot hole bike
Average 40KMPL
EYE-CATCHING
12:25 Conclusion. That's it! 👌👍
Now you should do the walkaround and ride review of honda xblade bs6😊😆

Love u bro! Great content👍👍👍
Badiya Bro 😊 Fuel Injected which one do you prefer, Xtreme 160R or Xpulse?
xpulse
both are awesome bikes. Xpulse is off road beast and xtreme is street naked
I feel very confused when I want to decide what to purchase in a budget of 1.5 L. Apache 200 is a worthy competitor with a lot of features, Pulsar NS 200 is pure power and performance but with some regular Bajaj issues. Honda hasn't come up with the Hornet's BS6 model yet, and Hero has its Xtreme 160R and Xpulse 200. Xtreme seemed so good yet it has less space for luggage and Xpulse seems the best option with the type of passion I have for riding. Still a lot confused as to which should be my preference looking at all the points
I have the same problem too, i can't figure out which one to choose.... :(
The same
@@abhijeethjnair ns200 🔥
MAN, WAIT FOR XPULSE200-T BS6. Will resolve all your issues. It will come with oil-cooling & Fuel injected which was missing in last iteration. I'm eagerly waiting for T.
Xpulse is kind of a deal breaker... And surely, if it gives a wider seat in the 200T, then it may surge ahead of all the competition. Speaking for MT15, it is a hell of a bike... A super one, but a lot pricey. You ain't wanna waste a premium for a low displacement bike. It has a lot of pros, but still a 155 cc in the range where you can find 200cc bikes even at a lower range
Reasons why I didn't buy it:
1. Because I rode FZ and Gixxer first engine seemed very unrefined to me.
2. Exhaust sound is like splendor when try to accelerate the bike.
which bike is a more comfortable for long ride ( yamaha fzs bs6 and hero x pulse ) ? plzz suggest me
Problems are headlamp & seat comfort... otherwise bike is superb...❤️
Im planing to buy it just coz it looks fun
Hey what mileage are you getting on this?
I want to know, if have to choose bike between avenger 160 and gixxer 155, which will be the best value for money and which bike is more durable
