  • Lone Rider MotoBags are super impressive. No other soft bag holds its shape, has a locking lid and locks to your bike. MotoBags are waterproof, rugged, great looking with tons of premium features including a Quick Release System and MOLLE on almost every side. Fits many ADV machines.

I have them on my 2022 r1250 GSA ...... the lower corners of the upper folding material after 8 months has frayed and one can see daylight thru it ...... I am having to use "FlexSeal" to try to repair them. When I first bought them, with the "bolt on option", they didn't even come close to fitting. It toke me 4+ hours to take them apart and install on the bike. When I contacted them to let them know, they gave me a "So??" reply. Did not say "sorry" ..... nothing !!! Just thank you for your purchase. I bought these without really understanding much about luggage material. Though I did know I wanted soft luggage. Now that I am the wiser for this dumpster fire of a purchase, I am going to go with Mosko from here on in and as far as anything else they sell, there are better quality lower priced options out there. That's just a damn fact. Not happy at all and their attitude threw gas on that fire. I am NOT a something for nothing guy and rarely complain as most problems I have are self-induced. This is NOT !!!!! And no, I did not even bother to email them as I KNOW what will become of it. At best, they will offer me a "25%" discount on "new" bags ........ Buy Mosko ...... save yourself future trouble ..................

At age 73, I just down sized from a Harley 2018 Fat Bob FXFBS to a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro. I am planning to buy the Lone Rider bags next month in preparation for a ride from Texas to Calif.

I see you use the X-Frame rack and the quick release system. Did you had to modifiy anything, the LoneRIder website show that it is not compatible with the quick release.

Good bags but a bit heavy with aluminum plaite. And sometimes not easy to put red bag into the basic bag.

So is the mounting plate of the bag compatible with the OEM luggage rack? 2024 AT AS DCT.

Why the bags come with dry bags if they're waterproof?

I have the Rackless Motobags for my Bmw f750. They fit OEM style perfectly and I mount my Nelson-Rigg Hurricane Dry Bag on the back, 40L. I have the perfect setup now, with lots of storage, ( 31L on the right side where the muffler is, 38L left side, and the 40L Hurricane bag,109 L total, Plenty of storage)

Great stuff. I like these bags. I only feel these bags are totally overpriced in general, not only the Lone Riders.

Thanks for the video legend, I’m from Australia and I sow they have 31+38 lt for the side bag on the AT 1000 do you have to take this combo or you can choose to have 31x2 or 38? I’ll enquire Lone rider too but if you could give me more details would be great. Cheers

What have you got on your bike? Both same size or different sizes? Also, if same/different size, how does it feel?
What racks do you use? 🙏 thanks

Not sure if was for me or not, this question, I have 31 left,38 right but it should have been the other way around, just the mechanic fucked up :(
I like the 38l more because you can fit the helmet and other things that you need, obviously need to balance what you carry in both bags.
One thing that I will check soon is the suspension and the preload, It will probably need a different setup now, as I have more weight at the back and when I hit a road bump or anything it feels different than before.
