Very entertaining video. The camera work is excellent and the pacing of the video could not be bettered. The Churchill shooting grounds are marvelous and the feeling of tradition even emanates from the screen and seems to hover over all as one watches. The constant banter between the shots delightfully enlivens the work and is humorous, too. It took me awhile to discern that the sidelock under-over that Jonny is using is from Longthorne Gunmakers (Love the gun's beautiful, well-figured wood and its oil finish and color.), and it appears to have several of their custom features incorporated, which demonstrably advantaged him while shooting the ranging, dipping and vaulting clay targets from varying angles. I've found that TGS is a great and enjoyable site for the shooting sportsman to visit.
I’m from the U.S. and this is the funniest shit-talking I’ve heard. Great duo and the accent just makes it even funnier. Top 3 moments: 1) “Breath in the negativity, out the positivity” 21:16 2) “I’ve never been in a bumhole” 11:04 3) “Did you try the D” 8:55
Eek, I'd have thought the weighty title would have gone to Bisley?! That said loved this video! Loving the sound mixing and fun, lovely job JC! Do you even work in the shop anymore?! Maybe in winter months do some more gunsmithing videos? Love all your content and seeing them only get better! Oh to be paid to have this much fun! :D Good for you Jonny!
I shot a 92 there at Beretta World 2 days prior to this, was raining like something biblical and then stopped just as me and my father started. Got my 70% silver CPSA badge from that shoot and that long range one on the day hardly anyone was hitting! Was an amazing ground and over 14 stands 120 birds was an awesome layout. Shot an awful 91 in Skeet today with the wind blowing all over, but the AA classes were getting 98/97's so didn't make me feel so bad with my B/A class average. Would love TGS to come to West Kent Shooting School one day, has everything you could want to shoot at there!
BEAUTIFUL PLACE, Laughed me ass off, you Lad's had so much fun. GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS, Loved the banter & gun talk. What is 1/4 choke, PLEASE ? T.Y. from the U.S.
I want to see a clay ground be a bit more adventurous with some of the incomers. Maybe have a trap that slings the clay right at the shooter - miss and you get a face full of clay. This would sort the men from the boys
Can you tell me what day and time you go to these places? Looks like you've got them to yourself! Everytime I go to my local (Kibworth) it's never that quiet for me! 😉
Great to c u out and about but i think shooting from the hip is not something to c on you tube shooting vlogs when safety is spose to be high on the things to do list specialy when people look up to you for guidence
Clay Tour has to be the best clay shooting videos on U - Tube. 👌
Defo
Im sat at home sick as a dog and I this pops up. Thanks for making my day guys. Your without a doubt the best shooting channel on UA-cam.
I cant believe it, was just this morning looking through the tour vids to see if you'd done Churchill yet! Epic.

Dave + JC is guaranteed bantz. Great to see you all at The Game Fair in July! Still waiting for that vid too…
Wish we had more spots like this here in the States. Great looking grounds. Thanks for sharing.
The UK definitely has better shooting facilities for clay shooting than we do here in the States.
@@38Achilles The only issue is getting your Shotgun Certificate so you can actually go and shoot. It's painful at the minute.

Hello Dave! Long time no see. Hope you're keeping well.
The jokes at the start of this one are so good. hahahaha
You should go to Griffin Lloyd shooting ground. Best clay stands around.

You own a clay ground do it 👍
Sorting the men from the boys sounds like your perfect afternoon
What a fabulous shooting ground. I will be visiting. Are you shooting your Longthorne Jonny?
It’s a great ground with some tasty targets.

Midweek, and we always hide from the crowds!
Shooting from a bomb hole? That's life for us hobbits.
What are you blokes shooting with
I thought the UKs best known shooting ground was Manchester.
Don't forget your natty Ed Solomons glasses.
not the first time i have followed Johnny in to a hole ha ha ha ha
We knew each other at college 😞
@@tgsoutdoors LMAO.
Westlands on Scottish border near Gretna worth a visit

safety glasses in the forehead. so that you do not lose your head :-))
Johnny you are extremely knowledgeable about all shotguns but you and your friends are afraid of double triggers.
