Girls'Day 2023 at the headquarters of the Medi-Globe Group

We are very happy to have participated in Girls'Day this year! It was a great opportunity for us to get young girls excited about the world of science and technology. 🤩 The girls were very creative and fully engaged as they learned more about working as an R&D engineer 💪
Our colleagues from the department explained a medical problem in urology that needed to be solved 💡 After some thinking, brainstorming and choosing the best ideas, the girls sent the plans for the prototypes to our 3D printer.
After lunch, the girls were able to use and test out their specially created prototypes in our urology dummy itself. It was great to see how proud they were of their work and how much they learned.
This was the first Girls' Day for us, but certainly not the last 💙 We had a lot of fun and judging by the feedback, so did the girls. We are excited about the future these young girls have ahead of them and hope we can support them in their careers - next step: #internship @ Medi-Globe Group 🚀
