That is true only for the US. In Latin America, Canada and the UK, Netflix would have access to the entire WWE library, not just to Raw.
That includes all the stuff that was on the WWE Network, all the PLEs and live streaming rights for Smackdown and NXT

It is not 5 billion in profits. That is 5 billion in revenue over 10 years or 500 million a year. Its profits will be a goodly bit less than that.
