WE eat very versatile veg and non veg food but most of the time it is cooked in hurry and some times it is spicy and some times no oil no spices. And we spare dinner time for khichdi and chutney. khichdi and chutney is very simple light and quick north Indian meal made of only three ingredients like Rice , salt and in a moderate quantity of pulses. But spices and different types of vinegars play a big role in every Indian kitchen.
