Very cute, you could use a silver pen to outline the tag instead of glitter if you don't emboss or like glitter.

Brilliant and this just shows what you can achieve with stash you already have or you can find pretty easily. Great idea to do a non kit tag, fab inspiration. I haven't got time to join in this year as I have signed up to too many craft fairs - lol

Another great idea! I know your kit is meant for you to use the backing you attached to the tags, however I decided to back all mine and all my tags open and that is where I’m writing my daily journaling. If I have more to tell on a day, I have some painters masking paper I sew in like a little notebook or I make a little note pad. I’m really enjoying making the time for this everyday and I still love you more!

Thank you Tracie, another fab tutorial. I have have had them Xmas cards and may still have some in my drawer. I live in Cardiff so I know the stores you mention on your channel. The works I love, there fabulous at great prices. Tracie I know your busy, do you have or could you do a tutorial for recycling our Christmas cards? I have a stack in my craft room and I don't know what to do with them, but do know I don't want to throw them out. I hope you get to put your decs up this weekend. xx
I will try hun but I am very short of them. We like to donate rather than send cards and most people I know do the say. I think I have the smallest stash ever lol. I do have lots of ideas that cards would work for!

Tracie, the dobber you used for the embossing powder, was it just glue? Or was it embossing liquid? And where did you get it?
It is embossing liquid. They last ages too! X
Mine is from Ranger. Called Emboss It Daber. You don't need to press hard to get the embossing fluid on your paper. Tracie is right = it lasts a long time and easier to use than an embossing pad for things like this. Enjoy!

Please do not rip up your lovely books, Tracie. When I saw you tear out the red page from that book about the Christmas Carol, I was shocked! I like your work, but I think a nice red bit of cardstock would have been better to use. Lovely tag, though! Please be kinder to your books. ~Janet in Canada (former Librarian)
