So we order littler Ceasars regularly, and for about a year or more, EVERY cheese pizza we got had just one green pepper on it. At first we thought it was an accident, bit it happened so regularly we fogured it had to be a worker doing it intentionally. We came to love that one pepper easter egg. Then, about a month or so ago, it stopped happening. That employee must have left. God speed to you little pizza jokester. You made us laugh.
I can say from pizza employee experience that there is likely a reason for that. Since normally there will be a different person making the pizza versus taking it out of the oven, if there are multiple pizzas that are going to be in the oven at the same time that are visually very similar but have differences like one has extra sauce or something like that, the person making it may mark one of the pizzas with a single extra pepper or something inoffensive like that, so the person taking it out of the oven knows which of the pizzas it is. Generally they are supposed to remove that topping before handing it out though... Of course, I don't have the context and the fact it happened consistently and suddenly stopped may mean it's something else.
if you ordered a extra cheese pizza alot of employees will mark it with a pepper to distinguish it from a regular cheese and the lander (takes pizza out of oven and cuts pizza) is supposed to recognize it and remove the pepper with the spatula or cutter. im guessing the lander just forgot or didnt care to remove the pepper and their manager just reminded them on that day lol so keep getting extra cheese pizzas and its bound to pop up again!
@thegoodthebadthequiky youre right. That's what it was for. And I guarantee the employee saw the same address over and over and did it as a prank. Pizza places know the regulars.
No joke, I ordered an Extra Most Bestest pepperoni from Little Ceasers last week and got it delivered cold and overbaked. I left a 1 star review and a comment saying it was burnt a day later, and the message I got back was, "Imagine getting so pissed for a $9 pizza". Word for word, too.
Woooooow... thats crazy! Listen, in 2024, $9.00 is kind of a lot for most. When everything else costs so much, we maybe get one or two fast food meals in a month. Pizza usually never fails, so when it does, yes, anyone would be pissed. Like what?
This has actually encouraged me to start leaving positive reviews on places I like, I feel like a lot of times people only review things when they have a negative experience I've been attending the same Domino's for almost 3 years now and never had a single negative experience. That deserves a review!
Hell yeah! I'm an avid reviewer and I love saying good things about places especially local. I only have 3 bad reviews on my Google profile from the past 10 yrs
My wife's parents own a small restaurant business. You have no idea the lies and manipulation people do when leaving reviews. There's been so many times I've been working there as extra help and have witnessed things that later pop up as a one-star review on Yelp that just didn't happen the way the customer said. As an example, someone will do a takeout order. They'll call later and say they got the wrong order, so we say okay just bring the food back and we'll get you squared away and maybe even give a partial refund. Then they say they already ate half the food so they can't do that and just want a full refund. Well it's like if you got the wrong order, why would you eat half the food? People try and scam like this all the time, and then they'll go on Yelp and leave a one-star review saying we gave them the wrong food and didn't try to make it right. So yes, please leave positive reviews. 9 times out of 10, people only leave a review when they're upset, or get shown up by employees, but not when they love a place.
The Domino's where I lived gave us gooey, raw pizza 3 weekends in a row and we switched to Little Caesar's! To be fair, I guess??, it looked cooked. But the dough in the middle was completely raw. We didn't think it could possibly keep happening... By the third time I felt like we were being targeted. That said I love Domino's and that was my only notably bad experience. It was right by a college, maybe drunk college kids just don't care?!
My non-speaking autistic 6-year-old loves spelling words, and he spelled "rhombus" recently, and when I heard that part, I was like "Ooh, he'd love that place - rhombuses and pizza, it's perfect for him!" 😂❤
I’m from a small town in Michigan. In HS my husbands family was really poor so he started stealing pizzas out of our little ceasers dumpster…ofc when other kids found out they started doing it (they could afford the pizzas, just thought it was cool) eventually the owner started making employees open the boxes while dumping them so they were covered in garbage…my husband (who again, was a hungry child) couldn’t get them anymore… So it’s heartwarming af to see that this owner had a completely different reaction. Really love that. Also, I worked in restaurants for a decade. They usually hire young ppl bc they’re easy to exploit so I LOVE seeing a boss have their employees backs (even if they can’t count to 8 lol)
dude i hate people like that. The food isn't being bought or eaten by anyone else, if there's people dumpster diving for food then just fckng let them eat their damn food (or give them a hot meal, which is better). Horrible and unnecessary waste.
Ppl think everyone should have to pay even if the thing was already paid for. Think about how much housing is also wasted because of landlords who don't let tenants have people living with them. An optional plus one should be bare minimum mandatory. I mean I did it anyway but that shit is just wild.
At this rate just make a mandatory law for food establishments to donate leftover food after it's selling time instead of chucking it. There's no downside and people get help
They will capitalist-splain this by saying they might get sued if they let them eat food out of the dumpster or give away food that is slightly expired and that letting people go hungry is the reasonable and most responsible choice.
There's a Plato's Closet near me that does something similar. The owner fact checks every review like "I checked the video and audio and you actually didn't say that to my employees" LOL
I’m from a small town and owners are the worst for that! My mom once left a review for a restaurant saying we were there for 15 minutes, the only people in the place and never once acknowledged by the staff. The owner then commented “actually I checked the cameras. It was 10 minutes 😌” Like…wow you got us there! Lmao
i worked at a Plato’s like this 😭 they’re closed now. AZ. owner would check every single reviews camera footage, encounter and give reasons why it was their fault. they’re consignment so every person is documented and leaves ID info regardless of a sale. so it’s pretty easy to check the system and figure out exactly when someone was in. And because it’s consignment they usually have audio & video. i gotta say it made for easy moments of strife with customers because i knew they’d be dealing with worse for the “1 star review” they’re be posting because i wouldn’t take their bag of 5 year old walmart clothes with holes and stains.
I worked at Fraser (a homeless shelter for young adults) in Fargo for many years and that Little Caesars location donated tons of pizzas to us every Friday! Like so many we were usually able to give everyone their own pizza.
We always get a frozen Little Caesar's pizza at the food bank! It's not great, it's just stuck in the freezer in a cardboard box so y'know... But we still appreciate it, we can't afford any delivery pizza so nothing but love for them 😔
I work here bruh, the man leaving the review replies is acually dave, and if you find the one written by what seems to be a nice lady is jenny😂. if anyone is seeing this comment come in and show it to someone working and they owe you a free pep
My bf has worked for little Caesars for 5-6 years and I can 100% say the employees have absolutely nothing to do with the online review replies and whatnot. Sometimes it's the boss but so far what I've heard is they rarely get something wrong and when they do they fix it because it's cheap and premade, but if anyone wanted to really go after little Caesars how about we talk about under the tables of work stations and the walls behind the doe mixer, or the floors under the sink, or maybe the shelves the "clean" dishes sit on to dry 😂.
15:20 "What if they don't have a pizza cutter?" I have a confession. For the last several years I have not owned a pizza cutter. At first I cut home-baked pizzas with food shears but then I gave up and starting eating them from the crust inwards, like a caterpillar eating a leaf. When left with uncut pizza I became more animal than man
I used to work at a pizzeria and despite owning a pizza cutter for years I preferred to cut pizza with a large butcher's knife I have since the motion was similar to a large cutter and was a fast cut... then I bought an actually decent pizza cutter and feel stupid I used to brag to my wife about how much better/easier it was to cut pizza with the knife lol
Our Little Ceasers has been though a quality roller coaster. When it first opened it was fantastic. Then it took a nose dive that lasted a few years. Now it has new owner and it’s been better than ever. It really goes to show that management can make a huge difference.
Wow, I didn't realize that happened to other franchises too. When the one opened near us, it was during the rise of the 5 dollar pizzas(So really years ago, since they are now 9+ dollars), and it was really good. The stuffed crust pizzas were amazing. But since the last few years it's definitely gotten worse. Not terrible or anything, but a noticeable drop. The stuffed crust pizzas stopped getting as much attention to them or something, they used to have garlic and parmesan crusts I believe, that all completely stopped. Pretty sure that franchise got new owners in that time. Heck the worst thing about Little Caesars the last few years has been the rise of food delivery services that really exploded during the pandemic. In my experience they are mostly awful. In addition to all the mysterious extra "fees" that double or triple the price, they'd forgot the soda or something else maybe 30-40 percent of the time, and one time the guy literally lied to my face that'd he'd go back and get it. That was the last straw and I just stopped using these terrible services where the "not technically employees" have no accountability at all. Plus I just hate having to tip for a service I've not received yet. If I want a pizza now I just place a pickup order and walk there.
I remember the cafe i work at getting a review saying "coffee was fine but was ruined by overhearing the baristas talking about their depressing lives" 💀 some people really do need to be regulated
I used to work at a Culvers, and sometimes I would get bored and read negative reviews for our store. One of my favorites was "I got bullied by a high schooler but the cheese curds were good"
I know this video is 4 weeks old (which means ancient in internet time) and my comment will be lost and buried, but I just wanted to compliment you on the stroke of genius having the screen in the back act as a pizza oven instead of the classic tv fireplace. Love ya, Scott
I work with the elderly and one of my 95 year old residents said she tried this new pizza place and it was the best pizza she had ever had, the sauce wasn’t spicy and it was flavorful and amazing… it was Little Caesar’s 😂
I respect that so much. God bless that woman. I agree, the location near my childhood home is oddly really good. It's a cheap pizza but for cheap ass pizza it's the gold standard for mouth watering joy.
@@soulreaver6546 People get too caught up in fancy stuff, Little Caesars is perfectly fine for the price, I don't order expecting the best, I order cause I want a 10-15 dollar pizza I can shovel in my face.
I ordered from a local store and for 4 hours later (the whole 4 hours...) the website said it was on the way, and finally in our neighborhood...and then they cancelled it. I sent my spouse to the store because no one would answer the phone. He got there and THE ENTIRE STORE... except for one guy... had quit. Yep. Was just one guy trying to do everything. Dude needed a raise, big time. 😅
To the uncut pizza discussion around 14:52 , You should always ask for the pizza uncut if you have your own pizza cutter! I have on multiple occasions form different stores had toppings that I am allergic to deposited on my pizza from an unwashed pizza cutter.
@@vibrantgleamyeah i worked at pizza hut for a while and we use the same pizza cutter on all the pizzas. usually only gets washed at the end of the day. also the person making the pizza sticks their hands in all the ingredients in the back so just a heads up if you’re severely allergic to something
I extra appreciate when I go into a pizza restaurant where they make it in front of you and they offer to get a clean cutting wheel for my vegetarian pizza. One of my best friends usually gets a topping I'm allergic to, so I usually go 1st but if I don't, I ask them to change gloves and then if they get a clean wheel without asking I super-appreciate that, because it requires two extra brain cells.
Can’t wash the cutter if the pizzas keep coming. There’s a time limit to everything done. We walk away for even a minute and there could be pizzas on the floor. Plus at 7.75 an hour, your allergies are put to the wayside. If I can’t live, neither can you. Order somewhere with a wait time. They do their pizzas right
lol i got little caesar’s yesterday. bought a custom ordered pizza. got home. it didn’t have sauce on it. i called. they pretty much said “oh well. tough shit.” what perfect timing for this video to pop up.
@@Phen1xEXEif paying for a product is so meaningless, maybe you can pay the customer. They’re doing your job just as much as you are if you’re failing that miserably.
I know a lot of people think little Ceasars isnt good. But i honestly love it. Its cheap pizza but getting those hot n ready ones after a shitty day is quite nice
If it’s a small family business it’s nice, if it’s a chain that’s part of a giant conglomerate, those donations cost them practically nothing in the grand scheme (they probably write them off in their corporate taxes) and are good PR. More shrewd business, less them being nice.
OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM TOO???? Just the other day I was having a sleepover w/ my friend and we ordered Little Caesar’s. Everything was immediately off as soon as we opened the box, the pizza just looked wrong. We ordered deep dish and the crust looked way too raised as if it was a regular pizza. We started eating it anyways and then my friend realized that it was dough. They sent us raw pizza.
I've worked there and can tell you it might be worse than you think. My location had a track oven, where you place the items on a track that moves through the oven at a specific speed so that it comes out after a set time, so for your item to have been undercooked, they either pulled it early, pushed it up(either by shoving too many things in or just sliding it up the track), or just put it in the wrong track(deep dish were supposed to cook longer than regular cheese/pepperoni pizzas). Either way, its much harder to undercook things with those ovens, its more likely over cooking things because they get stopped at the end, so if you dont unblock it, they just get caught behind eachother.
That shit was driving me insane. Him saying "that’s it" or "there’s no scenario where I order that" when they’re eating cold ass room temperature crazy bread without the sauce is maddening. Hell Little Caesar’s whole thing is "hot and ready" and they’re just eating all this "room temperature and sitting out for a while."
I've seen the "They didnt give me soda" several times on doordash from a local place and if you go there the soda is in a self serve fridge, so the dasher forgot to grab it and the person blamed the pizza place
tldr: Little Ceasar's made me cry the first (and last) time I ever ordered from them. there used to be an LC five minutes from my house. they were newly doing "stuffed crust" and I was desperate to try it. i went to LC's around noon and the store wasn't open. weird. i posted to the LC facebook page and immediately got an answer from the franchise owner. he invited me to have a free stuffed crust pizza due to the inconvenience, and told me to call in and pick it up that night. i decided to walk there and get my free pizza. after i told her the story the manager there cursed me out and accused me of trying to get free food (at this point I'm cryin a lil out of embarrassment). i insisted she call the franchise owner. she refused and told me to do it. i just left. about 2 months later that location closed down and i never got the stuffed crust pizza or any LC pizza ever again.

My best friend worked at a Little Caesars and would make us the best Crazy Bread - absolutely smothered in butter, salt, and cheese, we'd eat five orders at least almost daily. Thank god she got a better job or we'd still be eating those constantly tbh
There is a Little Cesers off of I-75 in/near Lake City, FL. I don't drive there often, but have probably been there 15 times between 1998 and 2023. EVERY TIME the crazy bread is perfection! Soft, chewy, smothered in butter and cheese. I will always stop there to get some when I drive by. The consistency is crazy!
Man, I get in such a rut with the videos on my UA-cam home page and I haven't really laughed at one in a very long time. Until tonight. You guys had great material to work with but the chemistry y'all have..... great entertainment! 5 stars!
Yo I just happened to grad a pepperoni pizza from little Caesars and then randomly stumbled on this, not gonna lie I would’ve been sick watching this with no food this looked amazing, great video
A Little Caesars employee could hold me at gunpoint in a broom closet and I would still go back. I'd be like "Maybe it was an off day, maybe I did something wrong, but it's hot and ready for $8, you get what you pay for".
literally I thought they really blew me outta the water with the DEEP! DEEP! Dish, but then suddenly fuckin STUFFED CRAZY BREAD!!! Deadass if anyone ever says I can get fast food and whatever I want. Those two, always.
15:23 My husband and I had an uncut pizza disaster once. We were in a hotel long past suburban restaurant hours, so options for cutlery or even napkins were extremely limited. So tired and hungry that we just tore pieces off, which worked okish until we were left with just the center. Mistakes were made.
If that ever happens again try asking the front desk for help. They might be willing to cut your pizza for you or give you plastic cutlery. Your anecdote made me giggle 😂
I hope Jenny, Dave and the rest of their family see this video and get a kick out of it, this Scott Cramer video would be on a play-loop on the lobby screen if I were Jenny! This is great! If I ever drive through NC, I’ll defiantly be stopping by for a pie!
In Italy, I experienced multiple pizzas where they would not spread out the toppings, so you'd get a literal pile of olives on one quadrant, and no olives anywhere else in the pizza, then a pile of ham on another quadrant with no ham anywhere else on the pizza, really blew my mind. I had other pizzas that had the toppings spread out, but a surprising number of pizzas that just had select piles of toppings on certain quadrants of the pizza. It wasn't a big deal, it was easy to spread out the toppings anyway, but very odd to my American understanding.
Folks, Scott’s not joking about how much he enjoyed making the Cramer Games this year, and it shows through the video. Seriously recommend if you haven’t seen it. I liked it so much I bought TWO whole shirts! Another great video Scott. You just don’t miss ❤

Lmao so basically burger king. I kid you not, within one hour of each other lie the best and worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to and both are burger kings. The best one is also a tack-on to a truck stop. The true midwest experience.
oh 100000%, one location is like 7 minutes away and the other is 5 minutes away. VASTLY different quality. because well, it’s different workers and a different working environment in each one so I get it. I just know that I’m more consistently happy with the 5 min one than the 7 min one. But still, both have been bad and good before
Everything always turns out so wholesome.... i swear i get tears in my eyes every video i watch just bc they are so sweet lol Only these videos get me like that and i think its hysterical. Thanks for the great content
Bro I've never gotten Little Caesars hate, I don't think I would be alive without it, my parents didn't keep the house stocked very well and there were times where Little Caesars was the easiest, cheapest, and best option for the funds I personally had (there was one really close to me). I will always glaze them up.
I remember spending the night at my one friends house and they got lil Caesars. I was shocked you could get a whole pizza for $5. Knew where I would be spending many of my allowances!
I don't think it gets hate but I don't understand the love, it's not good pizza but its affordable, used to eat it all the time too and I don't love it OR hate it
@@Homersimpsonitalianaffordable pizza that is often tasty, is something people like a lot, especially in the pizza market. Usually you get cheap and terrible or expensive and tasty (you also have expensive and terrible) rarely do you find a chain that does affordable, decent pizza (for the price). I remember as a teenager I loved little Caesar’s, and for 7$ it was a great deal that fed the whole family. I still like their pizza but the prices are a bit higher now and making great pizza at home is a lot more feasible these days.
Now I'm curious if I ever got a review for being loud and obnoxious when my manager and I would openly argue about which magic the gathering card is better
Scott! Please talk about Red Pepper in Grand Forks, I worked at the original store and the owner responds to all the reviews as well. Pretty unhinged stuff, and was one of the wildest jobs I've had
Always order a cut pizza it keeps the cheese from sliding off. I used to deliver pizzas and one customer who used to ask for an uncut pizza then used to get pissed that the cheese would slide to one side, they would say it happens every time.
I know I have a completely 1-off experience, but back in high school my friends and I decided to keep gaming night going instead of going home - The only option for food really was LC. What proceeded was a few hours of fun, and then the single most violent case of food poisoning I've ever had. It's 20 years later, I'm sure LC is fine now, but I literally cannot bring myself to order it.
I work in food service, and while some of these complaints are def valid, I’m sure this owner is so annoyed by the people who complain about EVERYTHING. We once had a lady come in, complain the grilled cheese was too hard, so we cooked it less. She threw it on the counter and asked us how we make it (bread, cheese, heat). Asked us to toast the bread but not put cheese in until after. We explained the cheese would not be melted but we could do that. Then she screamed at us “it’s a grilled cheese, of course I want melted cheese!”. Then demanded a refund for “our constant mistakes” and that “any other restaurant would be offering free dessert for this experience”. She has come in three times. She has gotten 3 different refunds.
Hey Scott, I’m in the throes of some of the worst anxiety I’ve had in a long time (and I’ve had some doozies). This brought me so much comfort and a little light, just like all of your content does. Thanks for the joy and silliness you put out and I hope your family is thriving 🫶🏻
I'll never forget when the hot n ready went nation wide in 04. I was about 17, it was a little ceasers on east Jefferson in detroit. Ordered a hot n ready, that muh fucka was half heated and half frozen 😂.
Little Caesars, where I'm at in canada. Currently sits at TWENTY SIX DOLLARS for a stuffed crust large. I know because I ordered it once thinking stuffed crust would be an extra few bucks. It used to be the shit when it was $6 or whatever. These days though, I can make my own stuffed crust pizza in about the same amount of time it takes to go there and wait for it, and for a fifth of the price. Shits wild.
I love little Ceasers, we just moved into our first home and our realtor gifted us some gift cards. It has really saved us this week from doing all this unpacking and moving.
Did you guys know that Little Caesar's in Canada are much more expensive? I think one of them was $15.99. That said, EVERYTHING in Canada is more expensive. Also, $16 for a tasty, fast and sliced pizza is pretty good.

I do like that the owner defends their employees and wants kids to have a first/second job. In this job market, it’s so needed. Also I appreciate the bar for the ad being normal and colorful instead of the Mr. Beast version of the ad bar that runs a sprint for 3/4ths of it then 1/4th it’s on a light stroll
I'm cool with them having jobs and they ain't even gotta be all that nice to me but the pizza should be cooked! That's just a health code violation and a pretty big one, if true

I used to respond to reviews when I worked at a hotel and wish I could've responded to some people the way the owner does 😂 people complaining about things they never asked about drove me nuts, like the mountain dew one at the beginning
We got Little Caesars last night. It had generous amounts of cheese and pepperoni, the pepperoni was crisp, there were Italian seasonings throughout. It was very close to my favorite, Pizza Hut.
I used to love the crazy bread as a kid. Like probably 10 or so years ago. They used to have stuff on them but for like the past 6 years it’s been just bread. Also cannot imagine going into a professional establishment, seeing the employees riding around on scooters, and complaining about it
This is the earliest I’ve ever been to a video and it’s only because I didn’t want to do my school work Edit: I’m going to little Caesars after school. (Mine has extremely slow service but it tastes amazing)
I just got home from my local Little Ceasers. The staff are on their phone, playing slapfight, yelling at each other. In that moment I understand the gravity of it all- Giving Young Men and Women Opportunities. At that moment I truly understood what Jenny meant. I was not buying a pizza, no no no. I was investing in our youth.
People also have to remember that the employees are getting paid minimum wage. $7.25 an hour. Might be a bit higher now but not by much. Of course they dont have to work there but still, some of them need an immediate job and thats what they have to take. VERY fast paced, always busy, annoying whiny customers, and other issues they have to deal with every shift. Its also pizza thats under $10 so the quality isnt going to be great. I just quit eating there all together because I'd always get pizzas that were cooked 2 - 4 hours ago. The dough would be tough by that point and the cheese would just break, it wouldn't stretch. Then me and my fiance would eat a slice and get this really spicy bite. That happened more than once. Just dont eat there
Yeah last time i ordered from them was a couple years ago. They literally left us waiting in the parkinglot for 2 hours on a pizza, then complained that we expected to actually get it, then gave us the wrong order. I complained to corporate and they just never responded at all.
Scott, you'll be happy to know that one of the little Caesars here in Kansas City, kinda in a bad area near me, also gives out any leftover pizzas they have every night at close. I was ordering last minute one night watching them hand out free pizzas to people waiting outside as I paid the $8 for my own. It made me so happy to see them feeding people who prob hadn't ate for days....seems like little ceasers needs to be protected at all costs they seem to be one of the last few good companies
We actually stopped ordering Little Ceasars about a year ago because it was raw 9/10 and we would have to bake it when we get home. I could've gotten a frozen pizza for the same price but I intended to wait for the oven, did not intend to re-cook my "hot and ready" pizza. Went to 3 separate places in our area and they could not cook that pizza thoroughly.
As a former restaurant employee for multiple different restaurants, Jenny is just saying to the customer what every manager/owner is saying behind the customers back.

Used to bartend in college and someone left a very kind review mentioning me by name. It honestly made my month
I do positive reviews all the time, especially on places I’m a a regular at. I want people to know about the gems in my town!
"Rhombus Guys" is somehow the funniest name I've heard for a pizza place in my life. I feel like a five year old right now laughing about shapes
Esp because a rhombus isn't remotely a shape that a pizza is related to 🥴😂
@@sebastianfernandez6146Pizza Hut !!!
My non-speaking autistic 6-year-old loves spelling words, and he spelled "rhombus" recently, and when I heard that part, I was like "Ooh, he'd love that place - rhombuses and pizza, it's perfect for him!" 😂❤
I like your profile pic
I love the “let’s shut this place down…” all because of getting 7 wings, not 8. 😂😂
I’m from a small town in Michigan. In HS my husbands family was really poor so he started stealing pizzas out of our little ceasers dumpster…ofc when other kids found out they started doing it (they could afford the pizzas, just thought it was cool) eventually the owner started making employees open the boxes while dumping them so they were covered in garbage…my husband (who again, was a hungry child) couldn’t get them anymore…
So it’s heartwarming af to see that this owner had a completely different reaction.
@@flying_Night_slasher
Yeah well the people who are making the owners throw away the food wouldn't go for it.
There's a Plato's Closet near me that does something similar. The owner fact checks every review like "I checked the video and audio and you actually didn't say that to my employees" LOL
damn that is some accountability. a true blood american 🇺🇸 love it ❤️🤍💙
I’m from a small town and owners are the worst for that! My mom once left a review for a restaurant saying we were there for 15 minutes, the only people in the place and never once acknowledged by the staff. The owner then commented “actually I checked the cameras. It was 10 minutes 😌”
Like…wow you got us there! Lmao
Accountability, or petty gaslighting lol?
Be hilarious if he uploaded the receipts to youtube and put a link.
i worked at a Plato’s like this 😭 they’re closed now. AZ. owner would check every single reviews camera footage, encounter and give reasons why it was their fault.
they’re consignment so every person is documented and leaves ID info regardless of a sale. so it’s pretty easy to check the system and figure out exactly when someone was in. And because it’s consignment they usually have audio & video.
i gotta say it made for easy moments of strife with customers because i knew they’d be dealing with worse for the “1 star review” they’re be posting because i wouldn’t take their bag of 5 year old walmart clothes with holes and stains.
Two of my favorite things in the world are cheap pizza and unhinged Google reviews. This is gold.
Google really shines in places they never intended to
I worked at Fraser (a homeless shelter for young adults) in Fargo for many years and that Little Caesars location donated tons of pizzas to us every Friday! Like so many we were usually able to give everyone their own pizza.
that’s actually so heartwarming oh my gosh. like often times everyone being able to get their own pizza 🥹

We always get a frozen Little Caesar's pizza at the food bank! It's not great, it's just stuck in the freezer in a cardboard box so y'know... But we still appreciate it, we can't afford any delivery pizza so nothing but love for them 😔

Man I knew she had to have written the one about the Moh’s hardness scale because that was on another level than the normal quippy remark lol

You don’t own a single kitchen knife? Also, I’m pretty sure you could pick up a pizza cutter for under $10
That’s how I eat those square store pizzas! Too lazy to cut ‘em, so I just eat them crust inward
I wasn't expecting the plot twist but I love that. Good people are the best.
It honestly made the video for me!
@alysonmarie agreed!

To the uncut pizza discussion around 14:52 , You should always ask for the pizza uncut if you have your own pizza cutter! I have on multiple occasions form different stores had toppings that I am allergic to deposited on my pizza from an unwashed pizza cutter.
.. UNWASHED PIZZA CUTTERS?
They do their pizzas right
At the Little Caesars I go to, they usually have like 3-4 cutters for the pizzas

I teared up when Scott talked about them donating so much food to the less fortunate 😢 that's so nice
I've gotten semi-raw breadsticks before. I do like Little Caesar's but we've definitely had to finish baking some stuff in the oven
Maybe you told them to undercook it and didn't remember?

In Italy, I experienced multiple pizzas where they would not spread out the toppings, so you'd get a literal pile of olives on one quadrant, and no olives anywhere else in the pizza, then a pile of ham on another quadrant with no ham anywhere else on the pizza, really blew my mind.
I had other pizzas that had the toppings spread out, but a surprising number of pizzas that just had select piles of toppings on certain quadrants of the pizza.

We once had a lady come in, complain the grilled cheese was too hard, so we cooked it less. She threw it on the counter and asked us how we make it (bread, cheese, heat). Asked us to toast the bread but not put cheese in until after. We explained the cheese would not be melted but we could do that. Then demanded a refund for “our constant mistakes” and that “any other restaurant would be offering free dessert for this experience”. She has come in three times. She has gotten 3 different refunds.

Next time, try rhombus guys!!
Did you guys know that Little Caesar's in Canada are much more expensive? I think one of them was $15.99. That said, EVERYTHING in Canada is more expensive. Also, $16 for a tasty, fast and sliced pizza is pretty good.
@KatieBear1973 USD?
That "ooh, nooh" at 10:00 was dripping with uffda
Uffda? Nice to see another person from the tri-state haha!
@@blackghostcat had to google what u were talking about. Uffda is just a normal norwegian expression? 😅
@@amanda-al01 uffda is very popular around Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota, due to lots of Norwegians migrating there. People that live in these three states tend to talk as though it's just 1 big state. Hence tri-state.
@blackghostcat i knew that alot of people in minnesota has norwegian roots, didnt know about the other states😊 cool that you still use some norwegian!
@@amanda-al01 hell yeah
Thumbnail is funny “Pizza was literally RAW” and the response was “Boo Hoo” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Heck yeah dude, the election stuff was getting old. I'm happy I'm getting recommended some Scott Cramer again!
As someone that lives in Fargo and orders little Caesars delivery probably too often than I should. I love them
I do like that the owner defends their employees and wants kids to have a first/second job.
I work in a non-franchise restaurant and have seen some wildly unfair reviews where people lied about their experiences. Seeing a pissed off owner respond to negative reviews is cathartic.
I worked at a little caesars, man I don’t even know where to begin with all the shit that went on💀
I've been watching you for a few years now. I love your content and I always look forward to it. Keep doing what you're doing. Love ya Scott ❤
I used to love the crazy bread as a kid. Like probably 10 or so years ago. They used to have stuff on them but for like the past 6 years it’s been just bread. Also cannot imagine going into a professional establishment, seeing the employees riding around on scooters, and complaining about it
saints be praised another glorious scott cramer vid on a friday i actually have off on! rejoice!!!!!
I’m so glad that this came up in the algorithm. I’m so glad that I watched this video. Great work great story thank you
As a former manager at three little Ceasers there’s a reason why I work at ingles now
This is the earliest I’ve ever been to a video and it’s only because I didn’t want to do my school work
Edit: I’m going to little Caesars after school. (Mine has extremely slow service but it tastes amazing)
LOL 😂 I’m so glad you got inspired to get pizza from this video😂 I want a pie, too!
Your money a wasted.
The North Dakota extended universe keeps expanding
Just dont eat there
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ idk what it is about this vid but i've watched it like every day since it was posted and it brings me so much joy. 5 stars.
That's high praise
I never knew about this. That is freaking epic! Love to see the Cramer brothers together!
I've gotten Li'l Caesar's pizzas in free boxes from the church when I was going through some hard times!
This is THE dynamic duo. Everytime I see the two of you I know it’s a banger!
"Have you heard the legends of Jenny of the House of Caesar? Then sit back, relax, and let me spin you a tale..."
Yeah last time i ordered from them was a couple years ago. They literally left us waiting in the parkinglot for 2 hours on a pizza, then complained that we expected to actually get it, then gave us the wrong order. I complained to corporate and they just never responded at all.
16:21 nothing beasts that golden comedic timing. Something about the way Greg said that made me choke on my meal
Its wild how much their responses vary from completely reasonable to completely out of line
I love the drama in Fargo, keep making these types of vids
As a former restaurant employee for multiple different restaurants, Jenny is just saying to the customer what every manager/owner is saying behind the customers back.
That's why managers suck. Most are too immature to do their job and handle owning up to their shitty work.
That's no excuse to take money and not provide what was paid for, then make excuses for not giving what was paid for. You can damn well be Jenny and her replacement husband would be pissed if they paid for an oil change and only got 1 quart changed.
@ this is a two month old video and comment, what are you doing bro?
@vincebrascia Wasn't aware there was a grace period for comments. What are YOU doing?! It's my day off from work, and I'm enjoying UA-cam. Do you have any other dumb responses?
@@humansvd3269 I’m glad you are “enjoying UA-cam” by angrily responding to my random comment with 65 likes from 2 months ago. Have a great rest of your day off :)
It's always a good day when Scott Cramer uploads
I have been blessed with this being reccomended to me after 2 minutes of it being out.
It's like they're competing against Wendy's Twitter for snarkiness. LOL
I worked at one of the shelters in Fargo several years ago and we had SO much pizza at all times from Little Caesars for months
