Thank you 😁 Aye for sure, there’s nothing wrong with Air Cooling a rig - but the Core P6 is primarily focussed at people who liquid cool, so it was a risk air cooling this chassis. I have no regrets though, the perfect platform for it IMO! Thanks so much for the support 😁
There is literally no reason to liquid cool a PC, a lot of these big youtubers have gotten out of control making everyone think you need liquid cooling.
@@drunkhusband6257 ye, have like 40c on idle and 70 on load with a stock amd cooler. gpu never goes over 60c. i feel like liquid is only better when fully custom build
@@Mr_Matt_Lee don’t stress it. I bet my left nut you’re getting better CPU temps than any liquid cool rig or AIO will ever give you. I want to emulate this whole build but I want to first see if Noctua made a card with Asus on a 3080ti.
I never thought i would love a pc build this much even though you did not make it look like a gun tank ship or anything unique, this build is the one i most likely will want to have in my bedroom once i get my own home. I love it soo much you gain a sub buddy
1. the glass panels at the top and front will hinder airflow. If there are mesh panel alternatives, those would be much better 2. front + top is enough setup for fans, the bottom row wouldn't impact much. in fact, probably it is worth testing if extra turbulence actually delays hot air being exhausted fast enough. 3. metrics LCD might be more readable if aligned at the side, rather than front of the psu chamber. otherwise, great build video. Noctua FTW
Awesome build! I have the ASUS Noctua RTX 3070 in a white Corsair 5000D with the ASROCK B550 Taichi. It looks sick but I have to admit your build looks better!
Amazing build.. The only thing missing is the airflow test you do... I am about to pull the trigger on p6 but I am kind of worried about the airflow of this case
Man, I've seen so many builds so far... I'd say hundreds... This is without a doubt the best I've seen so far! Congrats! You've got yourself a new suscriber! Peace!
No cause why does this make me confident I can build a PC 😭☠️ All the other builds felt so overly edited and instructional to me I just got more confused. This is exactly what I wanted. I got all the explaining stuff down now all I wanted was a good ass visual so thank you 😭
First, I like the pacing and the way you filmed the entire build. Well done and the video can basically be used as a step by step build guide. Well worth a subscribe just on that (and I did and recommend anyone reading to do so). However, I feel that this build is missing the whole point of Noctua’s philosophy. Noctua has always been about performance over looks and everything else (which in Noctua’s case would be airflow and less noise). They as a company have conscientiously decided to take less money just because of this philosophy. The most recent example would be the ‘delayed so long people can’t believe they actually released it‘ black chromax A12x25 fans. Most companies would have just settled on any black pigment and been like ‘Sure it’s 5% more inefficient than the brown ones but hey it’s black! If you want performance buy brown.’ Noctua delayed it so long because they couldn’t find a black pigment that allowed them to match the performance of brown ones. If they had released it earlier before the pandemic they would have made bank. The delayed-yet-again white fans are another case in point. They don’t even bother with RGB even though they would be printing money with rgb fans. They were also famously resistant to even having a black chromax line at all. The thermaltake case is extremely pretty. In any other build that is not Noctua themed, I wouldn’t think twice just because it looks great. However, I think that a more airflow focused case with mesh top and front would have been more fitting the Noctua theme than this case with glass front and top (with such a small air gap). The side intakes will do such a good job that the fronts can just be for show but again that’s kinda missing the point. The top exhaust configuration is also not the best for a air-cooler as the front most fan “steals” air which would other wise have to travel to the air-cooler. One or two fans giving a 120mm or 240mm configuration would be best populating the rear most slots. Vertical mounting the behemoth Noctua gpu will also give it less access than side mounting given the small air gap between the glass and the fans. Overall I’m impressed by the video and how detailed each step of the process was. I just disliked some of the choices made for a Noctua theme.
@@ermoro100 no, the black noctua's are not more inefficient than the brown ones (most reviewers tests show 1%-2% difference which is within error of margin) because noctua spent so long to make sure they get it everything perfectly right so that it's not any worse.
I have 10 of those in mine and you have to mount them sideways because of the wires (otherwise you’re stuck with a gap in between each fans) if the stickers bother you you can remove them or buy black ones on amazon
this is a really cool video, just a note that to my ears the percussion in the music you chose sounds to me like someone chewing their food into a microphone and so I couldn't watch it with sound because I was gonna scratch my eardrums out. otherwise rly well edited and put together!
The total cost of those Noctua fans is higher than the GPU or the CPU... Maybe just the case, haha. Also, why did you change out the black NF-A12x25 with brown NF-A12x25 ULN that has lower airflow?
4:04 Oh boy that's not how you are supposed to mount premium fans backward. They are provided with rubber nail that are made for that purpose. You definitely don't want to destroy its plastic structure with metallic nails. Outstanding video quality anyway, very calming for my taste
Would love to see the fan cable management and hownyou split the connections etc want to build airflow build but i get a bit overwhelmed by have alot of fans and how to manage them

I saw the build made with the video card of the note 3080 and I exhaled a lot to make an equal build, luckily I managed to take one of these video card monsters. I wanted to ask you about the vertical installation of the video card that I like so much that it comes too close to the glass panel since at the end of the assembly you don't put it, it becomes a problem of breathing the card or the space there but you didn't put it because you liked it like this? Thank you and good day
