Keep positive Brad , I’m 62 years old , will be 63 in June , I’ve struggled with physical this year , dropped from 218 to 200 . As a brand new bowler getting my first ball drilled, I've been watching you and Kyle for a while now, you both inspired me to get into the sport. I hope you don't let this setback make you quit being a Pro, you surely have the skills, I pray that you figure it out and with some good coaching get right back in there. You guys are a pleasure to watch and you elevate the sport with every video you post. Being a Pro at anything is hard, but I believe, and I'm sure others do as well, that you have what it takes. Thanks for all that you and Kyle do for the rest of us.

It's amazing that after so many games in a tournament that it often comes down to one bad break or even just a pin or two that decides everything. I don't know how you can stand the pressure on every shot! You guys are amazing bowlers!

Hey Brad. I want you to read this...
In my first meet this year for track, I was hyped up to win. I ran the 1600m, and I got last place. My coach told me that whether you loose or not, do what you do because you enjoy and love it. I've came in last place so many times, and I kept going. It's part of what made my coach admires what I do. I was so incredibly bad at distance running when I first joined, I ran a 5k in 35 minutes. I came all the way down to 19:35 my senior year...
Now imagine my coach, and think of my coach being all the other people like me in the comments. We appreciate what you do! I enjoy having someone who explains bowling to me almost every day when I come home from work 😂 and I love it!

I’m sorry didn’t work out for you, Brad. You didn’t work as hard. What do you mean you work harder than I do keep your head up I wish I could be more like you and Kyle. I am well pleased because of you. I refer you two equally. I first heard of storm Bowling on TV a few years ago plus now with you guys show me the balls and the amazing sports science behind it. I have two of my own now and my scores are slowly getting better. I’m still too inconsistent with my highest 179 and I almost broke it the other day you guys have been a good encouragement. Some friends have been helping me other bowlers but you two are the main ones thank you. Take care. God bless you and your families. Keep tutorials like this. Keep your head up.

I think your UA-cam channel gives fans of the sport something to watch and enjoy when the PBA isn’t on. (And it used to be on way more back in the day.) That said, it’s not about you winning or loosing for us fans of both yours and bowling. It’s about the content. The behind the scenes camaraderie with the other bowlers. Don’t lose sight of what you’re doing. There’s your channel. And there’s PBA tournaments. Thank you for taking us, the fans of the sport and you guys, with you along for the ride.

Hang in there Brad. It definitely isn't an easy life for sure, but you have a lot of great encouragement and you have given so many of us amateurs hope and inspiration to do well. We are just getting back into bowling after a 20 year hiatus for me and almost a 40 year for my husband (he is 20 years older than me). In the 1980s, Columbia wanted to give him a ball contract and he backed out because things got too competitive and stressful for him on the lanes. One of his biggest regrets. Now he wants what he missed out on, and people are looking at him for senior tournaments already. We just got back into bowling 2-3 times a week in October of last year up to now, and have seen drastic improvements in a short time. It is all about putting the time in to find out cause and effect - if I tweak this here, what happens down lane? If I tweak my release from straight to a handshake, how does my ball hook? With new balls, how do they play? And the oil factor is huge, as I bowl games, what happens to my oil patterns? Is the urethane and the polyester going down the lane affecting every shot I take? How are my opponents affecting that oil? Maybe get yourself a great coach like Mark Baker to help transform your game back up to par. You have your PBA card so you can hang with the big dawgs and do well (I would love to just get ONE 200 game, no where near AVERAGING it for the tour!) - everything in life worth doing is going to be difficult. Just know that you are such an inspiration and you have 178,000 supporters (probably more) rooting for you to do super well. Will be praying for you and hoping things mentally improve.
Sometimes we need those second chances. Looks to me like you’re making the most of it so far, Brad. Practice can wait a little longer.

Keep at it Brad. I am just bowling sweepers this summer so I can get more experience. I won a regional back in the 70s and had several long spans of non bowling over the years. I started back up last year after being out for 18 years. I agree the game has changed so much with the 2 handed bowlers and how they change the lane dynamic. My sweepers are at lanes that I don't score well, so I am forcing myself to adapt. At 66, the UA-cam channels of Brad and Kyle, Darren Tang and the House were great sources of information as I got back into the game. Take time, clear your head, set your priorities then do it. Brad, if it was easy everyone could do it, you throw it great and certainly your day is coming, i would literally need a road map moving lanes like you guys do and following players that are trashing your shot with 500grit 2 hand thane all over the place, great channel !

Brad, don't give up. Your physical game looked better this year than last year, and that is progress. You are almost there, just need some small tweaks. Later when you get some time, go rewatch these videos and see what it is that was missing, and what you need to work on and figure it out. UA-cam is not your priority, bowling is, remember that. A lot of us identify with you, and want to see you succeed.
