Hi guys, hope you are all well. Impressive van. That garage would be ideal for my folding powered wheelchair and collection of sticks, crutches, etc. Thanks for sharing. One of the Best thought out Vans Ive seen for a While, Nice theres a Large Window for the Rear 2 Passengers
Best 3 Features for me is the Auto Box, the Lounge and Extra Belted Passenger Seats, and the rear Light Cluster , less chance of Damage to them , a Bug Bare of mine ,trying to Replace,esp those that are low down and Stick out from the Rear Panel

What do the roof bars get used for? Are the Mileo roofs strong enough to be on to work and clean?

Don't get it, do most van owners avoid using the shower and kitchen they always look in such good condition or is it that its because they're only using it a few weeks a year ?
I know two couples who only cook outside and only use the toilets for liquid only. Don't use showers. All because they don't want to get any damp inside the vans.
When you say cam belt and not a chain, does that make a difference to the longevity or upkeep costs??
My understanding is that a belt will at some point snap if left past its recommended life span. A timing chain lasts way longer & is less likely to snap. If you have a non interference engine & the timing belt or chain snaps you will need to be recovered to a garage with a bill for a new cam belt & probably belt tensioner & water pump because its advisable to have these done at the same time because they are often hard to get to.
If you have an interference engine which is an engine that should the belt or chain snap, the top of the pistons are likely to come into contact with the valves, this could easily result in an engine thats either destroyed beyond economical repair or needs to be removed and rebuilt.
Its good practice to check if the belt has been done, when its due & how much it costs to replace before you buy any vehicle.

When you see so many Fiat Motorhome chassis as the choice of so many converters I ask as somebody who is a van spotter and fanatic why this is as I have probably seen four Fiat vans in thirty years come through my friends business and he sells lots of vans. I guess they are a cheap chassis to buy for convertors

You can put four on the rack so why put them in the Garage and could you not have more than 4 belted seats on the side as I have 5 in my. Family. What is the point of such a big spice rack. Can you sleep on the two beds at the same time as it is a 4 birth

The free-standing table in the dining area is such bad design and the ultimate RV sin. Really needs to be a fitted table there that spins around. But other than that, what a great motorhome!!
