Sir hamare yha aek client h unki ay 18-19 ki demand h jo aaj k refund se adjust ho rhi h and hme nhi pata KBB tak hoggi kyunki intimation download krte hi logout ho jata h grievance Dale but no solution mail kiye no solution...can u tell kaise m demand dekh skta hunn uss relevant period ka

Sir, I had paid the tax of Rs 30250 on June 2nd, 2023. Today I got an intimation demand for Rs 30800. As per the document, they did not consider my previous payment made. What shall I do now?
@@mr.x1044 I did just now sir. And since the new amount was higher than the amount I paid. So, I made a payment of Rs 2000 more just to be in safe side. How many days do I have to wait now to get the reply from them sir?
@@GharWalaNonVeg no such deadlines for them to reply (it might sometimes take upto 3 Months) If they are satisfied with the reply they will drop the case and you will receive a mail that the demand is closed. Excess paid shall be refunded
Sir, Government ne refund dene se pahle sab kuch check karke refund Dena chahiye agar galat lagta hai to pahle sab recheck kare k claim sab sahi hai ya galat fir refund kare badme 2 sall 3 sall ke baad case reopen kyo karte hai ? It's wrong process. government refund pending rakhe jab Tak tax payers se sab documents, claim...sab kuch clear nahi hota tab Tak refund na kare , and ek baar refund de diya to tax payers ko vapis 3 ya 4 saal baad scrutiny nikal kar pareshan na kare, kyo ki baadme itna purana record tax payers nahi dhyan me rakh pata hai , sir kuch kijiye is bareme...think about it. thanks.

@@umangadatiya1031 no payment due hai to kuch tension ki baat ni hai. Vo to IT department ki taraf se notify kara hai.
Sir main army person hon or 10E se itr fill kiya hai 10E se barna sahi hai ya galat ? Refund bhi aa gya hai

143(1) sms aa gea hai refund amount v bank may aa gea hai lekin mail avi tak nahi aaya hai. Kya karu
I get sms that 143(1) has been sent to my mail. I get my refund also in my bank account. But there is no intimation in my portal or mail.
