OH MY GOD. You saved me from taking it to Service. The shutter wasn't pushed all the way. It's strange though, as I hadn't touched it in over 2 years.

I will look at your other videos as I am looking for a solution for my Benq MP610 - very dim blue display, no start screen, no focus possible becaue no image. Already replaced lamp. I believe a power surge is responsible for the problem. Thanks for posting these videos!

Brother!! I have a viewsonic projector.....I dropped it off from 2 feet to ground....after that.... It's brightness dimmed ...nd I can see unusual pink/ blue light flames inside the projector....what could be the prblm???
I have a pyle prjd907 led projector. I get no picture from projector. Light but no image no menu screen. Any ideas? Never been used just pulled it out of the box.

That is call optical block failure
Jack Misiaszek i feel ya mi e just has a white screen then turns to a grey, happened out of nowhere and most these projectors aren't that simple where you undo for screws and change the bulb, its like taking apart a car on some, .y rca wifi projector didnt even have a bulb is was more like a yellow sticker it was odd
And this guy dont help he just tells you to subscribe

I brought a new projector but it's showing blank screen none of the menu source buttons are working
So it was a shudder sensor being dirty? Had a hard time reading that clearly.
Shutter sensor, I had the same issue and while this video did not help me solve the issue, I understood what he meant after I fixed mine. There is a small sensor that needs to register that the lens cover is completely open. If it is not, the display will just be blank white.

I have problem with Mi Sharp PG B10s. Lamp ligtining but no picture.
It also showing pink color instead of white. Front ceiling flickring and pink color showing

The slider on the top front of the projector is called AV Mute. It needs to be fully open to function the menu. same with EB-X11 and X12 models
