Being fourteen at this point Dennis was always one of my fave characters, but it's only watching this that I see how good he really was.
That summer - 1967 - Peter Adamson (Len) was the celebrity guest at out local carnival. He sat on the back of a lorry signing autographs, and was so pissed he fell off.
Where was that?
I wish episode 703 was available. I wanted to see Lucille how’s she doing after her father’s death.
A gem of an episode- Annie brilliant. So funny. Comedy gold. And Jerry Booth is the image of Tyrone now.
It’s been exactly one month that gangster Jack the Hat got killed. It was at a party on October 29,1967.
Len “Y’ can’t watch a football match with Annie Walker!” Mind you, he has a point! 😂😂
"He's not dangerous dear, just excessively common"
Thank you for uploading this episdoe Auntie Corrie2
I think that football hooligan is Boycie!
Steven CassidyYou are absolutely right.
my mate
Indeed AKA John Chalice
@@roderigodetriano John Challis was in Doctor Who as Scorbie around about the same time Minnie Caldwell left Coronation Street!
If this was 1960, David would have to watch when he sold Val a box of matches. Was the law about it still the same in 1967?
I'm sure they show Stan to be a United fan in a later episode?
he did take the history of Man Utd as his chosen subject in a Rovers quiz night I recall.
10/10
MCMLXIX is 1969 not 1967
