Ingredients:
Note: 1 cup =250 ml cup -(used)
All-Purpose Flour 2 cup
Salt 3/4tsp or to taste
sugar 1 & 1/2 tbsp
about this ingredient -describe in the video.
*don't skip this ingredient
oil 1 tbsp+1tsp
ghee 1 tbsp
lukewarm Water 3/4cup +2 tbsp
add Water Gradually & mix Well
knead 10mins
need soft dough - (for soft naan)
fry On Medium Flame
Medium High Flame
