My son has a really big closet, not walk in but it’s long and the width of a single bed. I made the loft bed with the wood then added some hidden secret spots to hide his things from his brothers if he wanted to. A spot for his water and then did exactly what you did. It was harder to do it up the wall but I managed to make it look fantastic. For the ceiling I used a thin piece of wood cut to the shape of the ceiling and made this one really cool by putting pin holes in the stars. I pushed it and secured it on top and put the batt powered fairy lights behind it. If anyone does this just make sure they don’t give off any heat at all to be safe, keep them on for a few hours then touch them to see the temp. One the wall at the end I put a very small tv and cut a spot to push it into the wall, making it flush with the wall then used UA-cam to play the space planet galaxy thing and it’s amazing! I put a black out curtain so he could have it all dark inside to see the stars above and the feeling of being in space with the space showing. Didn’t mean to write so much, just giving a cool idea with this art you showed.
SWEET!!...Another Amethyst vid!!! Fantastic tutorial and another amazing painting!! The great presentation, excellent instructions, along with your witty mannerisms are beyond wonderful and refreshing! (This world needs more of that!!) And let's not forget them squiggles, which are always an Eleventeen outta 10!! And most of all, ALWAYS believe in yourself, young lady!! You have an absolutely amazing talent and we are all fortunate that you have chosen to share that. On behalf of social media platforms worldwide, thank you!!!
I really enjoyed your vid and did learn some new techniques. I already do this kind of art and, yes it's easy but I'm a space enthusiast so I enjoy doing it. Its ease just means I can do more! Thanks again for the vid
I tried doing this the first time last weekend. It came out so much better than expected. And it will only get better from here. Learn from every step. Every spray is more experience. Thanks for sharing. ❤ very motivational 🙌
Why I Love your videos is because your so authentic and prove to be human just like all of us and remind the ones (me) who are not as advanced that it's ok to make mistakes !! Beautiful work tho as always ❤❤

Amazing talent!amazing job! Thank for sharing your knowledge and art! I would also love to know how to get rid of the spray smell? Do you do anything to cover the smell or you just wait and if you wait, how long it takes to get rid of the smell?
This is a very good tutorial video!!! I learned few techniques from this video that I did not know quite how to make the planet or gas flates...thank you very much for showing this in ur tutorial!! Keep the videos coming!! Til next tyme...keep those cre8ive juices abrewing!!!
I love you're yourself. I curse a lot, but that's just me. You keep staying true to yourself. I love that you're one of very few women doing this. I started less than a year ago and I'm loving it. I have Parkinson's and it's really helped me physically and mentally.
Nice squiggle! Btw thank you for all the content, today is the 3rd day of trying this and your vids help me tremendously! Still gotta get more colors but you keep me motivated!
I'm having a problem with the paint it seems when I spray the paint on top of another color it looks like it's separating or something am I adding to much paint or do I let it dry longer. I am using Walmart paint. Is there anything I am doing wrong. Thank you for your help.
Im down for watching a series like this. You could probably show me something that I didn't know. My question is how do you clean your caps? Mainly if they get clogged.
unclogging nozzle trick, keep a couple cans of walmart carburetor cleaner or break cleaner handy to blow out nozzles , the only catch is the paint cans have a little larger tube for the nozzles so to make the paint nozzle fit tightly on the solvent can hit you cleaning supplies and find a spray cleaner bottle with an inside tube that is just barely smaller then the tube coming out of the spray solvent, cut off a small piece about 1/2", take something with a point and push it lightly into the piece of tube, you only have to stretch enough to slide onto the can tube, then cut off the tube you installed at the top of the solvents spray can tube and now the paint can nozzle should fit the solvent can tight enough to flush nozzles out, also flush tips at end of day will make tips last a lot longer....food for thought.....
Hey Amethyst thank you very much for another tutorial. I'm a newbee to this & I pretty much suck but still really enjoy this art form very much. You made it 90% of the way without a F-Bomb!!! And BOOM!!! LMFAO 😂 Thank you so much for your tutorials

I started spray painting art in the early eighties, first as graffiti and later on canvases and cavaboards, I did this because I was tired of police fines. In total, the police gave me more than 4,000 euros in fines for graffiti on walls. Nowadays I make a living doing spray paint art and other forms of art.
You are awesome, definitely love your tutorials, keep them up and by the way it's nice to see that you make fuck ups too, I know I've had heaps of why did I just do that, fuck, moments. Cheers for keeping it real

just starting out (UK) Question - is 'clear coat' varnish? is it this you use to keep the colours wet?
Does spray paint on the glossy board eventually dry up like on a canvas?
I'm having a problem with the paint it seems when I spray the paint on top of another color it looks like it's separating or something am I adding to much paint or do I let it dry longer. I am using Walmart paint. Is there anything I am doing wrong. Thank you for your help.

Why do you spray before you spray the canvas
Habit mostly. Also let's me know if there's anything wrong with the cap before I throw it on my painting
