    In this recipe video I am making a most favourite Gujarati cuisine, Farali Patties | ફરાળી પેટીસ | फराली पेटिस and Farali Chutney | ફરાળી ચટણી | फराली चटनी
    These mouthwatering, golden-brown patties are a staple during fasting occasions or "upvas" and are sure to tickle your taste buds with their unique flavors. Patties are being eaten without fail by most Gujaratis during the month of Savan. I also made farali Chutney made from Kahjoor & Imli to accompany Patties.
    This Farali Patties recipe is simple and made with few most needed ingredients to make it crispy brown outer layer and super soft and aromatic from inside.
    🥥 Richness of dry coconut powder with fragrant spices and a hint of natural sweetness from juicy raisins is all needed to make perfect Gujarati Patties.
    If you are on fast or simply craving a good snack, Farali Patties with Chutney is a versatile and satisfying choice.

    INGREDIENTS:
    FARALI PATTIES
    30 to 35 nos. Peanuts (मूंगफली)
    3 nos. Boiled Potatoes (उबले आलू)
    3 tsp dry Coconut Powder (सुखा नारियल)
    2 tsp paste of Green Chilli, Ginger
    हरी मिर्च, अदरक की दो चम्मच पेस्ट
    2 tsp crushed Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
    ½ tsp Salt (नमक)
    Half a Lemon (निम्बू)
    Chopped Green Coriander (हरा धनिया)
    ½ cup Arrowroot Powder (अरारोट)
    Raisins (किशमिश)
