No person under 25 years of age must be allowed to get an LMV licence.Any vehicle weighing more than 1.3 tonnes of should not be classified as LMV, anything above 1.3 tonnes to 2 tonnes must be classified as MHMV medium heavy motor vehicle and must require an experience of minimum 10 years of holding LMV license so by that time the driver will be 35 years of age and after ten years of driving MHMV vehicle he must be eligible for HMV license so by then the driver will be 45 years of age with good amount of experience.
