I was put in a bad position and found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. My parents tried to force me to have an abortion which I don't believe in. I however, felt there was nothing else I could do. My family was threatening to cut me off and not be around anymore and to me family is important. The day before I went to the clinic I prayed to God to give me a sign to stop me. I get to the clinic, get an ultrasound done and find out I was pregnant with TWINS. They don't even run in my family! This was my sign from the great Lord himself. I walked out and haven't looked back. I am now still currently pregnant with my twins and I'm ever so grateful the Lord stepped in when I needed him.

A close family member contracted it a few years ago and I learned so much about it. First, you can not get it from hugging, from straws, from eating after them, from their tears or anything remotely close. I remember going to my doctor freaked out when I first found out bc I'd been living with this person... My doctor looked at me and said "are you having sex with this person"? I quickly Said "of course not" ... He says "there's your answer". I learned so much and also learned that it's not a death sentence anymore. People with HIV with the proper treatment live just like people without it. They live just as long. The meds make the disease dormant where it doesn't progress.
I was born with hiv and I too hope to one day meet a man who'll be able to love me and have the same miracle God blessed your parents with hiv-free babies

As long as the mother is taking her antiretrovirals responsibly, the chances of having a baby that is HIV positive, is less than .5% the last time I looked and talked to a patient about it. It’s pretty incredible how far we’ve come!

Then when you said your parents started exploring their relationship with God I got so emotional and tears started flowing. Amazing.
Omg .. The best "draw my life" i actually saw till now. Everything was drawn and not written and that special creativity like cutting pasting and all that stuff made me interested to watch the full video without any distraction. I loved it. Here in india several years back,kids especially girls were forced to marry at age of 12 or 14 and my grandmother was too,my mom at the age of 19 but now no one (like the most independent girls and boys) marry before 25 and i believe in this too. But u are the couple with whom everything is sweet and normal. I don't like early marriages but you are an exception in this case for me. I love you both Jess and Gabriel. Stay blessed and happy..

Not everyone is going to think the same way as everyone else. Gabriel really opened up to his viewers and he doesn't have to. Yes he has a very strong faith and isn't ashamed of that. As someone who isn't religious I admire his and Jess's strong bond with their faith. I don't have to agree with their views or beliefs but I do respect them and I enjoy learning more about how their faith helps shape them as human beings. Even though i am atheist, i admire your passion for religion. I grew up envying people who had a strong faith, as it seemed like their sense of purpose. Guess it just isn't for me :)
I am christian and I grew up that way. But I use to think the same about other people in the church and that I could never be that close to God but in this past year that changed a lot.
I grew up having a strong faith I prayed everyday my pusrpose in life was to prepare for the after life "god" gave me comfort and I felt that sense of purpose but then I grew up and it just stopped working for me I don't regret the years where I was a (muslim) It saved my life when i needed it but now I find comfort in other things the point is people and faith change so there is nthg to envy really ☺
Ive always thought to myself "how is this family so strong and veryyyy committed to God, i feel like it has a deep wonderful reason" now I know. Gab, you have such a great family. PerfectlyPreppy i was homeschooled for a few years! I completely understand how it feels! I feel like even though it's kind of lonely it really helped me find who I truly was! I went back to school this year and I'm really loving it! Everyone is so accepting about the fact I was homeschooled. I love it!
I've been homeschooled my entire high school career I graduate next month. But the loneliness really gets to me sometimes I've lost some many good friends. But the best part is that I've finally found myself and I know who I am.

I'm so thankful that you choose to speak about God because He really is such an important part of everyone's lives and often people tend to overlook Him. I am christian and I grew up that way. But I use to think the same about other people in the church and that I could never be that close to God but in this past year that changed a lot.
I grew up having a strong faith I prayed everyday my pusrpose in life was to prepare for the after life "god" gave me comfort and I felt that sense of purpose but then I grew up and it just stopped working for me I don't regret the years where I was a (muslim) It saved my life when i needed it but now I find comfort in other things the point is people and faith change so there is nthg to envy really ☺
God loves you anyway! He is love Himself! As a christian I respect you, so much!
