We should all try to upvote this so she can see, honestly if she is pushing herself to do something that makes her unhappy, we'd rather see her healthy and happy without having to obsess over working out with the only superficial aim to lose weight and look aesthetically better. I think her mukbang is quite healthy already. The solution is taking a break to lose all the weight she wanted first, and then when she's back to maintenance eating she can do mukbang like this again, cos her mukbang atm is not overeating at all. If she does a no carb diet for 3 months and do weight training 2-3 times a week, she should be at where she wants (i'm just guessing coming from a similar Asian expectation). Working out is not a good way to lose weight, dieting is.
you can't really say that she is a "nice person" you don't know her personally just from watching her 30 min or 1 hour videos and even if one day you have the chance to talk to her she would probably be nice cause you are one of her subscriber i think she is the kind of person that would be nice to you but if you piss her off just a tiny bit she will get really MAD just like my sister and my mom do ( i'm not trying to be mean btw just giving my opinion )🙂 ( sorry for my shitty spelling/grammar to )

I just want to give a little advice about the noise level of your apartment. I don't think your landlady lied. Your apartment probably does have reduced noise levels compared to most. If you live in an apartment, you're going to hear your neighbors unfortunately; especially vacuuming noises. That's apartment living. If you're moving because of noise levels then you shouldn't move to another apartment because you may experience the same thing.
+Tiffany Smith actually the aprtment next to us has an amazing sound proof, and its from the same company. They dont even hear loud music and dogs running around. Idk why they built this one like that

Dear Keemi, ❤❤ I love that you admitted to the change you need to make in yourself. It's so hard to look at ourselves and say that we need to change somethings. It takes a lot of humility and strength. Recently I have been trying to be nicer as well, not just so people approve of me but actually starting with me thoughts (being more empathetic I guess).
