Looks da kine. I make it very similar except have never put Oyster sauce (one of my favorite things) in it. I like mine a little more moist so I use Soy sauce and do add a dab of Sesame Oil. Limu is my favorite when I am in Hawaii.
check your local Asian store's frozen section for seaweed. The HMart in our area has salted seaweed for salads that is close to ogo.
i’m gonna try this out bro. you think frozen ahi from walmart is good? runs about $6.50 lb
I have not tried the frozen ahi at Walmart, but I use frozen ahi cubes from the US Foods Chef's Store (previously cash & carry). For the price point I would try it out. Key with the frozen cubes is to defrost then remove as much of the moisture before starting to add other ingredients.
Appreciate the comment - let me know how it turns out. Please subscribe and share the channel too if you haven't yet. Thank you!

HMart in Lynnwood WA. Found frozen salted seaweed. Rinsed and drained - good to go.

WISH YOU HAD A WOODEN SPOON. I HAD TO PUT THE VIDEO ON MUTE BECAUSE ALL THE TOSSING YOU DID WITH THE METAL SPOON HITTING THE MEAL BOWL ---I COULD NOT FINISH THE VIDEO.
Actually bought a silicone spoon for future videos. Thanks for watching!
