@@gus1thego For Christians, Marriage is considered a holly bonding between only one man and one woman to build a Christian family. However, before Judaism and Christianity this was not the case. Cleopatra married her brother who was ten years old! As for sexual orientation, the following text from a book that is taught in History 101 class of Northern Virginia Community College. The book’s title is Western Civilizations 17th Edition, by Judith Coffin, Robert Stacey, Joshua Cole, and Carol Symes. “For the better part of the seventh and sixth centuries B.C.E, aristocrats continued to dominate the Greek Poleis” (Coffin, Stacey, Cole, and Symes page 81)...”The glorification of male sexuality was another important aspect of this homosexual aristocratic culture, and was regulated by strict social custom. Typically, a man in his late twenties to late thirties, who had just begun to make his career in political life, would take as his lover and protégé an aristocratic youth in his early to mid-teens. The two would form an intimate bond in which sexual intercourse played an important role. This intimacy benefited both partners and their families, and allowed the younger partner to learn the workings of politics while making valuable social connections. Many later philosophers, including Plato, argued that true love could only exist between two such lovers, because only within such a relationship could a man find a partner worthy of his affections. Other types of sexual relationships were deemed ignoble…” (Coffin et al. pages 82-83) The same thing is observed in the Ancient society of the Greek island Crete. According to Caroll Moulton’s Encyclopedia, “The boys of Crete underwent a complex series of initiations, or rites of passage, to reach manhood. As a boy came of age, he selected an adult man to be his sponsor. This adult taught the boy hunting and military skills and also engaged him in a homosexual relationship. At the end of the initiation period, it was customary for the sponsor to give the young man presents to symbolize his new rank. These included a suit of armor, an ox to sacrifice, and a drinking cup. After a group of young men had passed their initiation, they were all expected to find female brides at once and start households” (Moulton 1: page 174). According to a PBS article, “On the night of their wedding, Spartan wives were expected to lie in a dark room and dress as a man - presumably to help their husbands make the transition from homosexual to heterosexual love”. The Biological/genetic Perspective: Genes in the human body contain information about certain traits. Genes are segments of DNA. From one generation to the other human beings pass their DNA. Favorable traits make individuals more likely to find a mate and the chance of reproduction and passing the trait increases this way. Some traits can be modified by the environment. For example, height of a person can be affected by nutrition although it is an inherited trait. The history of the human species is very long and one would expect that a genetic trait that can prevent reproduction or delay reproduction for life would not pass from one generation to the other. Many genetic diseases like sickle cell are still present, but these diseases don’t show until reproduction has happened and the gene has passed to the next generation. In the human cell, the DNA is present in the nucleus as structures called chromosomes. People have 46 chromosomes and two of them are sex chromosomes (males have XY, females have XX). Only about 0.018% of humans have a mutation (alteration in the DNA sequence) that causes them not to have XY or XX chromosomes. Therefore, we know that the choosing of the sexual preferences has nothing to do with the sex chromosomes and that the people engaged in such behavior have XX or XY in most cases. Few years ago, a study was done attempting to prove that the brains of dead people who lived a homosexual life differ from that of people who lived a non-homosexual one. A difference in the size of the hypothalamus was recognized. However, this experiment is inconclusive because the human brain changes and adapts to the stimulus received during one’s lifetime. For example, the brain of mathematicians will certainly look different than the brain of a person who never studied math. One concludes from the previous historical perspective and biological/genetic perspective that human beings are probably born bisexual and their sexual behavior is modified based on the presenting environmental stimulus or cultural norms. There is probably no such thing as ”sexual orientation” as the western governments have agreed to be their policy. Emphasis on abortion and gay marriage is a possible population control method because they cannot implement the two-child limit policy. The government is trying to push this narrative on the society, and a BIG majority of people are brainwashed. They don't have their own opinion, they do indeed follow the heard Not just with this topic, but also with many other topics, whether it's political or not. Russians unfortunately do in a sense get forced into opinions, either by the government or their parents The amount of brainwashing that goes into the TV is just insane. Here in Brazil the attitude is very good. Brazil was one of the first countries in the world to legalize homosexuality, still in 1830. In our literature of the 19th and 20th centuries, we have numerous homosexual and transsexual characters. Homosexuals can join the army since 1969 (Brazil was under a military dictatorship at that time). Today, all men must register for military service at the age of 18, regardless of sexual orientation. We've had pride parades since 1995. We were the first country in the world to ban conversion therapies, in 1999. We've had adoptions since 2010, and same-sex marriage was legalized in 2013. All forms of homophobia were criminalized in 2019. Gays can donate blood since 2020. Here in Brazil almost everyone has at least 1 gay friend, even the elderly. I'm in college and almost half of my class is gay, lesbian or bi. Around here it is very common for a straight man to have a gay man as a best friend.
Other types of sexual relationships were deemed ignoble…” (Coffin et al. pages 82-83)
The same thing is observed in the Ancient society of the Greek island Crete.
The Biological/genetic Perspective:
Genes in the human body contain information about certain traits.

You Gus.... What do you think about LGBT?
I don't mind them but agressive forcing of gay pride and marriage law can result negative approach from the other side.
Don't you think gay people should have equal rights? Besides, what's against a celebration of being yourself? Nothing is forced, LGBT generally doesn't use violence, as opposed to conservative lunatics.
@@Tweeteketje There are laws against discrimination. By that logic, people who are not lgbt should celebrate? They are not using aggresivnes but they are forcing something despite knowing that will make agressive response.
@@Milanche87 It's not just LGBT, pride is about celebrating that you can be who you want to be, whether that's straight, gay, transgender. And the pride doesn't force anything. We just celebrate and make people aware of the struggles the LGBT has to deal with. But we don't force you to become LGBT or something, that's utterly nonsense. You don't have to visit the pride if you don't want to.
@@Tweeteketje As I wrote, nobody is making a festival of celebrating being straight. First, the money for the police can be spent elsewhere. Second, you already have laws against discrimination, and those who beat you just because they think LGBT is a disease, demonic, or whatever will respond in the court. It can be looked like you want more. Third, Common-law marriage is defined legally with all questions for both partners. Same-gender marriage is against the constitution.
@@Milanche87 In commercials, on TV etc. etc. you constantly see straight couples, so in that sense straightness is celebrated all the time. And once again, the pride is not a party to celebrate gayness, but to celebrate that you can be whoever you want to be, whether you're straight, gay, bi etc. etc.
And if marriage is not allowed for same-sex couples, then that is a form of discrimination: same-sex couples do not have the same rights as straight couples and I think that is unfair. The law is not always right.
Anyway, is it that difficult to try to empathise with the LGBT community? We are not the one using violence.

> I want Russia to have less of this (queer people)
> It bothers me
It's so sad to see that they're bothered by people who just love differently. How does it bother them personally? As a queer person, what if I said that cishetero people bother me? (To clarify, it's just an example)
It bothers them that people just love. Meanwhile they get the privilage to spread cisheteronormativity and talk about their own sexuality, while queer people have to stay in the closet because "it's not normal", apparently
For some reason they decide they can demonstrate their love, but queer people can't?
I hope people in future can see that LGBT people are like the rest of the people and deserve respect

European countries are typically pro-Atheism/LGBT. Hope that answers your question.
A survey released last month revealed that 79% of Brazilians believe that homosexuality should be accepted by the whole society, the rest are neutral or negative towards homosexuality.
@@italo8846 isn't 'scientists' said that every society have 2-5% of gay people naturally? but sounds like one third of Brazil population are gay. lol.
