That child can change at any moment on getting a gentle touch if that was something that the child had been lacking all these years.if there is something to be done with the child,then definitely there is something like holding him close or giving him a hug.the consequencecould very well be,letting out a cry he was holding on for years.if such gentle geatures doesnt work ,then only can we throw him away and leave him to his destiny.
