    Thank you for you upload and explain the process, it’s not easy for a practical case for the valuation study, honestly since I left school I found that there is a difference between the model use in company and the book, it is very nice that you show us the whole process.     This is great and very well done. You are super clear and educational. This section was not exactly up my alley yet, but might be in the future. Excel skills is always helpful though. I'm in the realestate business in Sweden, rental apartments mostly. Keep up the good work!

    Hi Spencer, thank you for this video. I am happy to be learning from it. It is a great educational video. For entitled lots, do you mean the number of units that are approved to be built? Would entitled lots be subject to zoning requirements?

    you have not captured year on year escalation on construction cost and sale price from the beginning. any reason for that?
