Ask yourself " what does that mean for the home grower"..".what does that mean for small cannabis producers "...." Does this mean the u.s government sold the rights to cannabis production and sales to big pharma "???
Ok but what are the results from states that have it legal already? In my personal view it seems like way more people are addicted to drugs now vs when it was illegal and weed now a days has like 10 times stronger effects than it was back then too making zombies.
Drugs can only be prescribed by a licensed medical practitioner.
