Ingredients:
1/4 cup - Minced onion
1/4 cup - Chopped celery
1 1/4 cup - Mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp - Vinegar
1 tsp - Paprika powder
2 tbsp - Sugar
1 1/2 cup - Pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup - Grated carrots
1 1/2 cup - Diced sweet ham
6 cups - Cooked macaroni
Bed of lettuce
Garnish:
Grated carrots
Ham
Parsley
Cheese (optional)
