Hi Dr Lee, Is it possible to differentiate clinically between Cavernous sinus thrombosis and cavernous inflammation in Tolosa hunt .....if imaging with CTV shows asymmetrical cavernous sinuses, narrower at corresponding symptomatic side but not conclusive for a thrombosis. MRI brain is normal. contrast was not given as patient has end stage renal disease. Thanks
Interesting. I have Lupus, when you have a label like that lots of symptoms get put under its banner. Ecently diagnosed with Optical Neuritis. I'm having all kinds of sinus issues and facial swelling. I asked for my nose to be checked. I was told sinus was not involved, likely lupus.
Thank you Dr. Lee
*Well explained and straight to the point*
Thank you.
THANK YOU SO MUCH
Thank you dr

How is your ON now? Did you regain your vision if you lost it? I'm currently 12 days into ON and my vision is not back. I'm getting worried. 😰
