- We did a full backyard makeover on this project and you can watch the entire transformation with this project time lapse! We show the entire process of this backyard makeover including installation of a fiberglass pool, construction of covered deck and paver patio surrounding the pool. This backyard started out completely overgrown and every inch of this landscape was transformed throughout the process of this full makeover!

I love that. It looks fantastic.
For me, I'd want it different personally.
I'd have gone right into that far left-hand corner of the garden and had a grotto style pool in there (think insane pools style) with the rest of the garden landscaped with palms and such.
The seating area with the firepit, I feel I'd have wanted the roof continued all the way over and gone with the hanging bed you did in one of the previous episodes.
A nice 4k projector mounted to the rafters, a big motorised screen on the opposite wall, and star cloth over the hanging bed and the surrounding walls.
Pure luxury.
I agree it's pretty hard to grow palms in NJ lol What he built is quality I think the use of space is poor. But if that's what the owner only wanted that little bit of space used it works but leaves a lot to be desired I agree.

There’s just so many questions I like the craftsmanship I can’t stand the colors and the discongruent style it looks like it was just bolted on the outside of the house but the craftsmanship they used seems pretty good

The white cushions are a joke and guaranteed to look like crap in a few months.the furniture is uncreative and trendy. Lacking soul or coziness. The pool is nice. Enjoy being a slave to this yard unless you're wealthy.

With all that dust and dirt in the area and air, it's amazing that the pool is still that clear. Did anyone come close to falling in the pool?
We tried our absolute best to keep everything out of the pool, and I came pretty close one time 🤣
