I was having an issue with smells despite vacuuming the carpets and clearing laundry and whatever, turns out it was the bed. Baking soda and cornstarch with eucalyptus oil for scent and vacuumed the hell out of it 2 hours later. Freshly washed sheets. Felt great getting into bed!
Two words: mattress protector! Get one! Bedgear makes some really nice ones.. vertex, dri tech… they go over like a fitted sheet, you can also get an encasement. It’s water proof , sweat , stains , allergies. You can wash it, follow the instructions tho.
As a person with many disorders including severe depression, these types of videos give me slight motivation! I hope to one day be exactly like this. ❤❤❤

I get so discouraged with my lofty goals, but breaking it down into bite size chunks is actually helping me to accomplish something and I'm always glad I did it once I'm done. I'm rooting for you and admire how strong you are!

I'm sure one day those step will become habits and you'll be able to make bigger ones easily and before you know it you'll be doing better 🤗 that's also what happened to me, even though sometimes I still have to compromise like "now I'll do this task but not that one" 😅 anyway I hope it'll get better! Beautiful, I only have one suggestion, always clean from the top ( ceilings, light fixtures ) down, that way you don't have to go back because something ( dust, ect ) falls on the items you've already cleaned❤

I never have any, I have glasses, cups and/or mugs 😅 usually I take them out immediately, as they tend to clutter my space so quickly (they can wait in a sink for a long time but not around my bed)
If you don't have mattress and pillow protectors/encasements with zippers, it's always important to vacuum the dead skin cells and the dust mites that feed off of the cells. Also, don't make your bed right away. Give it time to air out before you make it.

I legit plug my regular vacuum in, lift it onto my bed, and vacuum like the mattress is the floor lol Then use the hose attachment for the nooks and crannies. The one she used seems more efficient though
@@BroomTails I think she made a deodorizer from essential oil and baking soda. That’s how I make it for my carpets. I didn’t think about sprinkling it on my bed but now I will!!

I’ve also used my steamer on my bed. Worked great too!
Use a Kirby vacuum it can go up to 10 inches deep picking up dirt and dust in the mattress
