Just watch Kaiju no. 8, wind breaker, the fable, ranger reject ,mysterious disappearance , viral hit, then obviously MHA and demon slayer. Those are the best ones

It's widely known by those two names so he used both to address the fans that prefer one to the other, it's like asking "are you interested in watching 'Attack on Titan' or 'Shingeki no Kyojin'?"

Missed out Mushoku Tensei and some others.
Last season of MT was mid and so far this season has a 7.8 out of 10. Which isn't a bad score but alot lower than previous seasons. It seems to be falling off a cliff.
