INGREDIENTS:
* Cornflour (अरारोट) - 2 tbsp
* All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 tbsp
* Maize flour (मक्के का आटा) - 2 tbsp
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Salt (नमक)
* Water (पानी)
* Potato (आलू)
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
For Masala:
* Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
* Black salt (काला नमक)
* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर)
* Mint powder (पुदीना पाउडर)
RECIPE:
In a bowl, put Corn Flour, All Purpose Flour, Maize Flour, Black Pepper Powder, Red Chili Powder & Salt. Mix them all & add Water to make batter. Keep the batter aside.
Keep the Potatoes in Water then make Spiral Potatoes with Spiral Potato Cutter. Put the Spiral Potato in Water then put a stick in it & dip the Spiral Potato in batter & fry them.
For Masala, take a mixer jar, put Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Chaat Masala, Black Salt, Cumin Powder, Mint Powder & grind them all. Put the Masala on the Fried Spiral Potato & garnish it with Tomato Ketchup & Mayonnaise. Crispy Spiral Potato will get ready so easily at home.
