That's a good idea to separate items into each kids bag. I'm going to share that with friends that have more than one kid. The majority of our 11yo daughter is snacky foods. It's treats she doesn't get all the time, but is consumable so nothing will go to waste.
Yes, the separate bags have really helped not get things confused - glad you like the tip! That's a great idea on the snacky foods for a stocking - we try to do the same with the candies/items they receive. I'm trying to get more away from the items that will only be played with for a few minutes or are cheap and just break quickly.
I collect all the stocking stuffers in gift bags too! Makes it easier to see what I have and still need. Then fill them the night before
It's such a huge help!

So fun! The lego containers are empty containers. Maybe you could put a fun surprise in them.
Well that's disappointing! I'm sure my kids will find something to stick in them 🤞
The LEGO boxes don’t come with surprises in them.
Boo! But I guess I shouldn't be too surprised since I only paid a dollar for the set.
You guys should try the hot cocoa kisses
I haven't seen those! I'll have to keep my eyes open for them
