The only problem I have is too few spots in semifinals. It should have been 21 instead of 16. Many excellent girls were left out even though they worked so hard.

It's not just harnaz who was crying and wiping her tears of joy there. It is all Indians worldwide especially Indian pageant fans also done the same way. We waited for this day for so long. We conquered the world in 2017 it gave us a sense of direction that we are on a right track. Harnaz had only 2 months of preparation and she created history today. Thank you everyone who supported her from all over the world.

I must say: This Panel of judges this year did the job absolutely right. Every placement was deserved.. Amazing surprises for Singapore, the Bahamas, Aruba and Japan.
And solid top 5 and top 3 and Winner.. So very well done Judges👏🏽👏🏽
Yes, the more diverse the better. That's why I'm not a fan of the all female panel, because Miss Universe is a representative of all and she's going to be speaking to women AND men and to make the selection committee so limited is very unfair and sexist. We need women and men from all walks of life and various different life experiences and from different nations.

South Africa just shut her critics with that performance.. Govt of her nation didn't supported her but she kept her nation's successful run in MU. Philippines exceeded my expectation. Finaly Harnaz and Nadia didn't disappointed their supporters by remaining the last two standing 😘
Did you know.. During Miss World 2017 (when Andrea of Mexico came 1st runner up)India won and then next year Mexico won and India crowned her successor Miss Mexico. And Now in Miss Universe 2020 when Mexico won, India came 3rd runner up and now In Miss Universe 2021, Mexico crowned her successor Miss India!!

It's really overwhelming to see a Fillipono so happy for India. One can see the true love from heart. Philippines has been so kind to India since long time back. I really love the incidence where miss Philippines offering her jewellery to miss India in 94'..love from India🇮🇳

This year was definitely India's year. Harnaaz nailed in every round and luck was totally on her side. A deserving win.
But I have to applaud South Africa as well. She received a lot of criticisms, hatred and even the South African government withdrew his support for her competition. But she ignored them and fearlessly took part in the competition. She is a really strong woman, intelligent, matured and a critical thinking woman. I'm very proud of South Africa mostly, and her 2nd runner up is definitely a reward to her struggles. If she received all the support, she would have won Miss Universe this year. I'm very sure of this. She is an amazing Queen. She raised the South African Standard in Miss Universe by having a significant placement despite her fights. Proud of South Africa and her strong mindset. Love her.

That's so true,i laughed off when i saw Alvin's final predictions & him putting South Africa at number 9. I was like here we go AGAIN,he is repeating the same mistake he is been doing for the last 4 years. South Africa has mastered the winning formula,the Miss Supranational,Miss Grand International & now Miss Universe 2021 results are prove to that effect.

Very true never look down on South African believe me South Africa will make a comeback and win again l think this year it was the pressure on Lalela she could have easily won the crown if she had South Africa's full support without criticism and if she had not been dropped by her gown designerts she would have had the best styling ..she did well though proud of her.
The meaning of name Harnaz is "Everyone's Pride". Or proud to all. And India's Harnaz definitely made billions of people today proud with her achievement.
No.... Her name's meaning is "God's pride ", but she became our pride too along with The Almighty!

Her Q+A during the Boy Abunda interview gave us already a glimpse that she could take the runner up spot, she needed to polish her Q+A skills, but nonetheless she is stunning and a very intelligent contestant. I don't know how many times I have watched alvin reaction to India's win. look how happy he was as a Filipino now you can think how happy Indian pageant fan were.
I hope Indians notice the difference in results between sending a girl to a pageant that only other Indians are hyping and everyone else is ignoring, vs. sending a girl like Harnaaz that literally everyone is hyping. Generally, if your girl is worthy of the crown, people outside of your country will be talking about her as much as you guys are.

To be honest this year we have the best judgment results and the unexpected placements just proves how genuine and honest the judges must have been. I do feel sad for thailand because we know she has definitely nailed the interview but the preliminary was not that strong 💫 and that's where the other girls got the advantage. It's always good when ppl do not expect you to win and that is what happened with Harnaz she stromed into every single round and won the competition. @@anujpramanik1819 IMG is the new company handling Miss Universe since 2015. Prior to 2015, Miss Universe was owned by Donald Trump. These two eras are very different in choosing their queens.

@@anujpramanik1819 no, they have different standards. IMG winners are mostly great speakers. Trump Era winners are not necessarily good speakers but they're all gorgeous. If you try to compare IMG Era and Trump Era, IMG have 3 speaking rounds: Opening speech, Top 5 Q&A, Top 3 Q&A. Trump era only have Top 5 Q&A, it focuses more on the physical performance of the ladies.

Puerto Rico evening gown performance was awkward. She was moving her shoulder in a very awkward manner. In Preliminary she nailed it but as soon as she started moving towards judges she started making strange movements and I knew at that moment she over did it and might not make it to next cut

1)Lara Dutta won MU at 2000 and Harnazz Born at 2000.one millennium queen won and another born.
2) In one interview Sushmita Sen said that our time is coming soon we will have our own new MU.
3) Mexico 🇲🇽 is angel for India.
4) 21 years old Harnaz won MU for India after 21 years.
5) in 2014 Columbia won and Columbia natcos had Umbrella with it same this year India also had Umbrella with it.
6)During stage lightening setting by coincidentally the stage color was making illusion of Indian tricolor flag 🇮🇳
...WELL THIS ARE ONLY THINGS WHICH I NOTICED . BUT AT THE END OF THE DAY IT'S HARNAZZ's passion, dedication, and Hardwork and diva team, which Made it possible. Still feels like dream. Can't explain how proud I'm feeling right now.
