Omg, I don't remember well about Ava Max, I thought that she dissappeared when she released Sweet But Psycho way back in the 80s, her One Hit Wonder. What a great come back in the 90s.

My mom loved listening to the song back in the clubs. One year after I was born. Ava will go down as one of the best dance singers in history.

Finally 90s remix!
I spent the summer of 1995 in the rave dens of Genovia and fell in love with the D.A.V.E. Eurodance Edit of this song which was a hit over there. When I bought Ava's debut LP in Abergele Woolworths a few months later I didn't like this album version at first but I have since grown to adore it and now I feel the love washing all over me like so many leather-clad Genovian men did during that hedonistic summer of my youth.
I was a kid in the 90s and this would have definitely been played during birthday parties.
I remember ava performing in the vmas and wins the best video of the year in 1998

My mom would drop me and my fiends off at the roller rink every other Friday. We thought we were the shit in 5th grade. She bowled right down the street from the rink. And this was always MY request song. RC Cola, roller blades, and Ava Max... I miss the 90s.
I remember the demo mix in ‘94 featuring the Outhere Brothers. 2 days before it went to Press, Ava shut down the whole operation after her gut feeling kicked in. She hated their parts, and knew it was a bad idea. It took another 8 months to be re-released and re-edited with just her. It’s safe to say, Ava and the OB no longer speak.
