Do you have the 2014 graphics set?
@@BDSFormula1 at the moment not. I created only late 90s-early 00s and modern of course. With this whole UA-cam copyright debacle, it's getting a bit more difficult to produce content, especially since there's no monetization. So we shall see, but I'm planning to continue doing races, only less frequently.

This is still one of my favourite races in the entire hybrid era, even a decade later. There's a reason it became known as the Duel in the Desert! And there was quite a bit of action throughout the field. The irony here was that after Australia and Malaysia there was criticism of the new rules, particularly the 100kg fuel limit, and one which gained a lot of traction was Luca di Montezemolo calling the new formula 'taxi driving.' Then the field promptly put on one of, if not the best, races of the season!
I kind of wish that this video had the BBC commentary with Ben Edwards and David Coulthard, but Sky's the default, I guess.
Some of the fans are not that high on Mercedes era for obvious reasons, but those years of close battles between Lewis and Nico are great. Thank you for watching! More races to come😉

Considering Perez's current form it's hard to say that Sainz will became the 2nd driver for Red Bull. But if it's eventually happens, how do you think, does Carlos have what it takes to bring a battle to Max?
@@DifferentTurn Not if he gets treated with the same cheaper heavier parts and engine tuned down
unfortunately there's no one in the world that could challenge max if they got that red bull seat. the others teams will just have to up their game
@@AnimeGardens most likely that's the case. Hopefully with new regulations coming in place in 2026 we will see real battles for the 1st place again.
@@AnimeGardensNot at Red Bull, if it was at a team where the cars were developed equally then we would see something a bit closer, but that’s never how Red Bull have operated. Although the younger drivers in F1 today other than Max are very mid to be honest. 10-15 years ago you had Vettel, Alonso, Hamilton, Rosberg, Raikkonen, Button. Now we have Norris, Leclerc & Russell who are talented, but all are bottle jobs when it matters the most.

Yep, in some places I had to scale up the picture size, so that older graphics won't be visible on the screen.

How do you get those graphics?
I create them myself using Figma for static graphics (tower, nameplates, results) and Adobe After Effects for the motion graphics (fastest lap, penalty, pit stops, radio etc.)🙂

If you're talking about gap between HAM and ROS on lap 53, they are not precise numbers, since I don't have access to such data.

It was indeed a year to forget for Ferrari. Zero wins and only two podiums (both by Alonso), is one of the worst seasons of all time for them.

This is what people don’t get about the Hamilton years. Rosberg was a seriously good driver - top echelon. Obviously Bottas was not but then Hamilton was up against a rapid Vettel in a Ferrari for two years. This is why today’s F1 is so boring - the red bull is peerless, Max is a lot better than Perez, and Red Bull favour Max (whereas Merc did not between Ham and Ros)
Some people view Hamilton as overachiever, that it was mainly thanks to the car itself. But at the same time Lewis has lost titles in 2016 & 2021 (2007 has been compensated by 2008 drama), but he could won even more. Really hope that he will get at least one more win in Ferrari, not even talking about the title battle.
