For this first write program on android studio ide and then run the code in an android phone which will create an app to collect the dataset. And then put this phone in pocket or attach it to the waist for better accuracy and perform various activities like standing sitting running etc and record the data for 15 seconds.. Perform each activity with the help of 20 persons atleast... And each dataset will create an excel seat now preprocess the this Complete dataset And then you can enjoy machine learning algorithm.. After preprocessing apply a dummy classifier and check how much accuracy you are getting and then apply various algorithm like as svm and decision tree , knn etc and get the accuracy. If you are getting atleast 85% with any classifier then that will be best suitable model.
