I started Jenny Ford workouts three months ago. I've gone from 234 to 209. I still have a long way to go, but I feel so good. I couldn't go 5 minutes without stopping and now I can go pretty much 30 minutes without stopping. I hope to come back when I hit 199 and update.
I bought myself a Step box for my birthday and im so glad i found Jenny on You Tube. Im only at the start but hoping i can get toned and get fit. Really enjoying this exercise.
You bet! I think you’d really enjoy our Step Across America Program found on our new UA-cam channel here: ua-cam.com/play/PLUs3isqhsCMQhP3n88ajMjgwTr2uR0w8p.html&feature=share (I’d be so grateful if you’d subscribe!)
Jenny, I've lost 10lbs fooling with you! I mentioned trying step one night and the next thing..my hubby went and bought me one. I got on UA-cam for a lesson and have been with you ever since! Thank you, Jenny!
In the 1980'S I did step 5 mornings a week. I am now having another go with your excellent basic step class. I now just have the step without any risers. It's a brilliant workout.
I just did this routine, not nearly as winded as I was a week ago doing this. Didn't realize my gym routines of stair climbing and elliptical training never challenged my cardio strength. I really loved how short the workout was! There are many days I want to workout, but not not for an hour and sometimes not even 30 minutes. This shows me that no matter the investment, it's all worth it in the end. Perfect at home quarantine workout in the backyard.
Thank you so much. I had a total knee replacement just six months ago. I started doing step with your video about two months ago. I feel stronger and more limber. You're great...especially when you offer alternative options to doing a particular exercise. It makes it easier to get over the fact that while I am not yet there, I will be if I am patient with myself.
Oh my! I look like a waterfall. I am new to getting fit and this was perfect. I had to push myself a little, but I did it. I will be doing this regular. I feel like I have achieved something. Thank you
Hi! After more than 13 yrs, I decided to try stepping again and get my step out of attic! Glad I didn’t donate as I do most things (I’m a minimalist)! I can’t believe how breathless I got in such short time! I’m 57 but been doing yoga and walking, Thanks for a simple, short but energizing workout!
This workout was amazing 👌. I dripped sweat. I've had things all wrong. I've been going to the gym for years and not loosing weight. I started doing this and my legs feel better than they do after going to the gym and I'm losing weight! I hope to work my way up to your longer workouts. Right now the 20 minute ones wipe me out, in a good way.
Hi Jenny! Thank you so much for these quick videos. I have tried to do your longer videos and just could not make it to the end without stopping multiple times. With these quick ones I finally feel like I accomplished something!😆😃😉
Hi Jenny You are awesome. You inspire me to do my workout almost everyday. The combos are still difficult for me ,they are a little too fast to keep pace with. But thanks a lot for uploading workouts for beginners.
Thank you Jenny for this awesome workout. I love your step routines. You make it easy to follow along and your words of encouragement always make me smile.
I liked this. Simple. Easy to do. Sweaty. I made the knees and back leg lifts hi impact otherwise stuck with you. Did leg and ab work after it was great. I still remember your ICMA (i think its called that) 90s aerobics lol they were awesome too!
Great quick cardio step workout. I do one in the morning, one before lunch and one before dinner. I’ve definitely noticed the difference in my strength, breathing, endurance and helps me stay focused on eating healthier meals.
First workout back post covid! I was at 4 summits completed pre Covid and now I need to build back up to complete the 7 summit challenge! This quick little 140 calorie burner was perfect!
I'm very busy these days because my "little" daughter (18 years old) is moving in her first own appartment! We are all so exited! I spend my days in furniture stores, cleaning up the new rooms and packing, draging, running upstairs and downstairs! So you can imagine that this very short workout is right on time for me today. A big THANK YOU goes out to the best step teacher ever :)
Just starting back to step after 25 years... love your step workouts. Love your positive, encouraging words--- they are actually really uplifting... even tho I know you aren't speaking to me!😀🤣😘
I ordered a step a week ago and then I found you on youtube. I love your workouts! I sweat hard and I feel wonderful after I finish. You are easy to follow as well.
Thank you again. I missed yesterday because my knees was hurting not from workout they just bad. But I didn't realize I was doing a different one but I enjoyed it. See you tomorrow.would send pic but ppl would laugh at my head lol
I love your videos. I do this one for a warm up before strength work. I love step though, and sometimes I don't want to stop, so I like your longer videos too. Thank you for the great workouts.
I love working out again. I havn't due to injury and wow your exercises are really exciting me thinking of joining one of your programs. I do have a question? I want to know when watching you on the TV which foot should i use the one you use or the opposite. Looking into your programs as well, really seeing that you have a lot of what I am looking for. Thank you for all you do ... You are really making a stay at home, homey really really happy. I had no motivation, gaining some weight and a bit depressed now just excited to see what you are doing and can do. I really love the step and I love weights and I love both and guess what you do it all! wow! thankyou! I can now smile again and I am loosing not gaining that is a added plus. Your the best! No REALLY YOU ARE! LOVE LOVE LOVE YOUR PROGRAMS.
Great question +Priscilla McDaniel - when you're working out with me from your TV, you want to mirror me, so I am your mirror image. Or in other words, when I'm facing you and I'm stepping up on the bench with my left foot, you'll use your right foot. I will always cue which foot you as the participant should be stepping up with. (even though I'm technically on the opposite foot) Again, so happy for you! let me know if you have any other questions. 😀
@JennyFord I just found you but you are quickly becoming a fave! Loved this quick step aerobics...back is bothering me, so this was just enough to get my heart pounding. I'm subscribing!
Hi Jenny, hope you're doing good. I couldn't do anything for a long time, because I found out I had osteoarthritis in my knees, and the pain was bad. The doctors told me I couldn't do any aerobics, just cycling on the fitness bike or swimming, but my research showed that that is just not true (always depending on the case, of course). Apparently Gin Miller developed step aerobics back in the 90's because she had knee problems. So now that the bad phase is coming to and end (with the help of an alkaline diet), I don't only cycle, I do walk aerobis and step arobics, too. A lower step, short programs, and often still a bit toned down, but I'm so happy I can come back to your workouts!!! And the more times a week I do the exercise, the less problems I have with the everyday walking. :) Thank you!
hi jenny,i love ur step workouts ,i do it 6 days a week...i found on you tube an old step workout..i wish u will do something like this..a lot of new moves... "buns of steel step 2000 circa" on you tube... tnx :)
Can we get your husband to do step with you? I'd love to get my hubs started on one of these short quick combos. This could be a new venture for you! LOL....... And by the way (who starts a sentence with and) Love Love Love these short quick, get 'em in cardio workouts!
Paula Brown great question! I suggest you take notice if your foot placement on the step each time you step up. Is your full foot up on the step? Make certain none of your heel is hanging off the back. Carefully step down each time you step down from the bench, with no jumping or bouncing when you step down to the ground. Make sure you have great support in your shoes, and that the bottoms of your shoes don't have a lot of tread. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Jenny Ford Thanks Jenny! I think it's my foot placement not being completely on the bench. I'll keep working on it...and keep soaking in Epsom salt!😉😉😃😄
I started Jenny Ford workouts three months ago. I've gone from 234 to 209. I still have a long way to go, but I feel so good. I couldn't go 5 minutes without stopping and now I can go pretty much 30 minutes without stopping. I hope to come back when I hit 199 and update.
So did you make your goal?

I love these workouts- simple to follow, not long yet effective
I bought myself a Step box for my birthday and im so glad i found Jenny on You Tube. Im only at the start but hoping i can get toned and get fit. Really enjoying this exercise.
Thank you for having this available to us all who are quarantined at home during this COVID-19 world crisis!

I've been looking to invest in a stepper but all the reviews I've read are mixed. Do you have a recommendation or a brand that you like?
In the 1980'S I did step 5 mornings a week. I am now having another go with your excellent basic step class. I now just have the step without any risers. It's a brilliant workout.
I forgot how much I love step. Thanks, Jenny!

thank you nice lady for keeping my mental health during COVID, your work outs are my salvation
Jenny, I am really enjoying this playlist of seven. So enjoying doing step again. Thank you.
A suggestion to include left basic or right basic. That way both legs are trained equally. Thanks for the videos
Thank you so much. I had a total knee replacement just six months ago. I started doing step with your video about two months ago. I feel stronger and more limber. Had to do a lot of balktalk to get thru it today. Thanks! I can't do that in a live class & it helps me to keep going. Thanks, again!
Thanks for the workout. I've always said don't underestimate the step workout. Had me sweating going at my own pace. In a 62° room. Thanks again
That’s fantastic!!! 👏👏👏

Yes! I love hearing that +Paula Brown! Thanks!
Just the right length for me- around 15- 20 mins is perfect. No super-tricky moves either which is also great! Thank you.

Just what needed!!! Thanks!! Love your channel. You are great!!
Old school step class! I love it!
Great workout. I was sweating by the end - but it was nice that I could keep up!
I adore this fast, simple step session! It is not complicated but delivers on the sweat! Definitely a great shot of cardio for busy days.
Hi Jenny

Just found your videos yesterday and they are perfect for me! Thank you!
This video is fantastic! I'm gettIng great results after only 3 wks!
I know, you really get results. I sweat more in 5 minutes than I do being in the gym for an hour.

I had to stay of off the step, my claves burned so much and I only got to 8 minutes. Working out in my classroom.
One quick question Jenny...Since doing step the back of my heels are killing me!!!! Am I doing something wrong...please help!😕😯😢
