Aapko kehna chahiye tha ki sir aap kaise keh sakte hain ki 3-4 months baad aap honge? Dekho, Kai baar client ko jhatka deke jagana padta hai. Jo client share mei deal kar rha hai Aur aapko bas postpone kiye ja rha hai vo vaise bhi aapse policy nhi lene wala.. aise mei kuch Aisa bolke usko hila dena chahiye.. jisse usko realise ho ki agar vo aaj raat hi nhi rha to kal share kitna bhi bde ya ghat jaye.. uski family shares manage nhi kar sakti.. you may try this idea. Phir bhi nhi hota To usko chhoro Aur aage bdo.. find new prospects.. all the best.

Kisi bhi life insurance company me training manager ban ne ke liye kya qualification hota hain sir . Kya training manager ban ne ke liye kahi se koi course karna parta hain kya. Agar course karna parta hain to bataye kaha se karna parega..... Please guide kare sir.
No. Life insurance companies don’t hire training managers on the basis of qualifications. You need to be a performer in life insurance industry before guiding others. Although there are people who give trainings without any expertise in life insurance but in that case, you will only be able to give Motivational session only, not all the concepts and practical training. If u want to study about life insurance then you can go for the courses of III courses. All the best.
