If you want to craft Thronefast is a must. Crafting vendors don't have as many quests or as many recipes as they do in Thronefast. Wilds End is OK if you want to just solo stuff and grind. Although grouping is harder, at least on my server. Also, there are many fewer quests in Wilds End. You will also find many areas in the zone that is empty. All in all it is much more incomplete than Thronefast. Because of this I recommend not playing an elf or halfling right now. Unless you know what you are getting into. =)
