Ingredients: (for 3-4 servings)
Dough:
lukewarm water 160 g
sugar 5 g (add to the water first)
active dry yeast 4 g
all purpose flour 360 g
sugar 30 g
salt 5 g
1 egg
melted unsalted butter 40 g
1 Tbsp olive oil for coating
Garlic butter paste:
softened unsalted butter 70 g
3 cloves garlic (15 g), grated
2 Tbsp parsley, minced
pinch of salt
Topping:
mozzarella cheese 50 g
* Pan size 11x7 inches

@@AwooKitchen Thanks for replying! I tried your other recipe for eggless black sesame buns, but somehow the bread was very dry. Do you know what could be the reason?
@@kaywhye 1. Weight your ingredients 2. Different type of flour absorb different amount of water. I use King Arther all purpose flour. Hope the answer helps!
