      Yes, found it - WTHR 13 news article, but also other places.
      "The Delphi Task Force requested the FBI to remove the physical descriptors listed on the flyer. Investigators do not want to discourage or stop the public from submitting a tip because the person does not specifically meet the height, weight, and age description. Investigators would like the public to focus on the photo of the man on the bridge, the voice recording, and second sketch that was released by law enforcement."

      @@rocketsfan6116 I agree, and I am also not sure that they were killed where they were found. I think they were taken somewhere else for the Odinist sacrifices, them placed and staged where they were found. And the local law enforcement were the worst possible group of dimwits to investigate these murders, and I think the disgusting judge may be helping them to cover their asses. No public viewing of the proceedings, putting plastic bags over the courtroom cameras, so there is no video record being made, and making it very hard and confusing for the public attendees. Prosecution losing tons of video evidence. Come on, something is very wrong in this proceeding and it stinks to high heaven.

    BG wasn't sitting on the bench: the girls were. They were taking a pic before they left. The meta data on that picture was around 1:26 p.m. They passed BG walking in as they were walking out.( He said he got there at 1:30 p.m.) If he had been sitting there, they would have had more time to observe him as they passed: that was not the case. He was walking with "purpose" and they were walking also, so the encounter was brief. In their defense, I was a terrible judge of someone's age when I was 16. The vibe he gave off was menacing, so there's no doubt the girls got the heck out of there.

Thanks for all the work you've put into covering this case! You've really put a lot of effort into getting to the truth. The phone camera has a known angle, so one needs to know where the phone was and where bridge guy was and then you can calculate the height. I don't think the video reconstruction will be accurate to within 2 inches. 5'4" vs by 5'6" - unlikely that it will be conclusive. I would put more hope into trying to reconstruct the acoustic source of the voice from the video.

    I’m currently following the case from Australia, Only thing I can say at this point is there is too much reasonable doubt at this point to find him guilty.
    No DNA evidence, no confident eyewitnesses.
    If this guy is a local in the town, everybody knows who he is so when they seen bridge guy or the other guy in the black did they not notice that it was Richard Allen if he’s such a well-known person in the town?.

      Really? The state has managed to get a LOT of important evidence stricken, including LE sketches! WHY? Wouldn't you want the defense to make fools of themselves if the Odinist theory is so crazy? The fact is that guards at Westville were wearing Odinist symbols and when ordered to stop, one guy had it tattooed on his face. It's not crazy, it's very plausible. Richard Allen should have been investigated more thoroughly at the very beginning, especially since he voluntarily provided information. They should have taken his DNA and his gun/ammunition.

      If that were true, he would have been in other photos Libby took that day. BG was on platform one as reported by fit bit lady's account. She passed A & L as she was leaving and they were coming in. BG likely faked leaving, so he did pass A&L . He waited to make his move.

    • @maireadnic8280
      @maireadnic8280 2 години тому +1

      @@josephjohnson3738BG was not seen on the platform in the images Libby took on the bridge.
      But BG came upon them very quickly. So either BG doubled back to catch up with them, or there was at least one other man that Richard Allen in particular didn’t pass or hear walking. He didn’t pass BG either.
      Given that man would undoubtedly be the murderer, it would be in Allen’s best interests to recall at least one of these men.
      Now, it’s not impossible that BG ducked into the trees when RA was walking and hanging out on the bridge platform, and got lucky that the girls continued onto the bridge after RA left.

The cops know that. He snitched on someone else for something or saw someone with power in the video and they gave him a deal. Too many not crooked cops knew about him being the AS account they had to charge him with something at least he wouldnt get treated so bad in prison for pictures as he would the murders.

      I KNOW! And the proximity he/they would’ve had to be to each girl while ‘criming’ beggars belief how those particular injuries didn’t leave DNA at the scene & a trail of it leaving the scene! When RA self reported in Feb 2017 it’s a crime in itself that his ‘clothing’ from that day wasn’t collected/tested. If he’s innocent it could’ve been evidence- no blood/DNA on the jacket/jeans/boots etc. More importantly if there *was* blood/DNA on his clothes the families & community wouldn’t have had to suffer 7+ yrs for a trial & hopefully justice😢

    So much in this case doesn't make sense and when things don't make sense it's because most likely they are not true. The prosecution is trying to fit a square peg into a round hole and it just doesn't fit. Why would someone who has this horrible crime in mind, want to walk the trails and be seen by anyone? And then all bloody walk all the way to his car by the main road. It seems way more likely to me that the BG came from the south end of the bridge and no one really saw him. And whoever the girls saw wasn't the BG and wasn't RA.

I also use a space heater as its fall now. I get winded walking 10-15 steps. But, I just wonder if the guy might have some illness that he needed to wear warm clothes. Depending on illness, he may or may not have the physical strength to take the girls.
