i'm not the fan of Owl City, but after a quick search on Google and youtube, he seems more like a pop singer? After all he uses electrical background music with a lot of bass thing.... And Pekoe uses a lot of classical instrument(whether it's made by electrical equipment or the true player with the instrument), so I think it's totally different from the Owl City.......
