This wonderful suite seamlessly combines delicate, melancholic, pensive, lush, energetic, and colorful writing for strings !!! Love the harmonic language --I'd guess, a mixture of late Romanticism and Impressionism / "Pastoralism" !!! The effect on the emotions is immediate! What a great composer !!!
I know it will seem like a clunky solution, but if you add uBlock Origin (this add-on works in a mobile browser too, I use Firefox) you will not get any ads...once I discovered this I disabled the app as it is basically worthless garbage now

I think it would be a very nice idea to do some works by female composers now that the 8th of March is the International Woman's Day. I know that you're busy so you haven't to do it if you can't, or you can do it for a couple days after the 8th of March. If you accept it I can recommend you Rebecca Clarke Viola Sonata, Bacewicz Concerto for Strings for example. As always, thank you so much for your videos and keep it up! ;)

Yes, the flavour of English cooking is far too delicate and understated for some peoples taste as are the melodies and harmonies of English pastoral music. Less is of more!!
