Dear Luciano, I shared your work with many flamenco-lovers friends. We all belive that you'r going to make your way to the Top fast and you deseve it. We would like to see you in Germany. Greeting
thank us so much , u said ( dont laugh at me) u are as important in the flamenco music realm as vicente amigo and others , we dont see these ppl make a tip or giving something or help , but we have u , u are helping us braking music and giving tips for free , what an amazing thing u do thank u again its something to be proud of , im wondering if u one day became as famous as vicente amigo and came up with lots of amazing musical ideas and compositions will u quit helping and doing videos through youtube ? i hope not , be safe and take care
Thank you Grobert! I definitely am working on my compositions, that's always on my mind 24/7, whenever I have time to compose I try always. Thank you again!
all right, luciano. be honest. how many times have you been vincente for Halloween? but in all seriousness, the impact and quality of luciano's contributions to the flamenco world may not yet be reflected by view count, but he's right up there at the very top. stuff like this is really pushing the envelope in terms of overall quality and when he finally releases his album, it will be official. a lot of these guys seeing him in the rear view mirror for the first time won't even realize he's already lapped them
For me those are the most beautiful songs. I do them in some kind when I record and solo over it. Yes, they need a 2nd guitar recording, but what's the problem.
There's no problem at all, especially if you have a small studio you can record the second guitar yourself, otherwise you'll just need another person with you to play the second guitar. Cheers!
Would you consider to do a tutorial on Amor dulce muerte? I love that piece so much. I would also like to see you do a cover of one of his rumbas, Tierra, Tres notas, Amor de nadie, Amoralí... That would be amazing! Anyways great as always. There's always something new to learn from you.
I think Paco once said in one of his documentaries when he was asked whether what he was playing was flamenco or not that "because I am playing it, then it is flamenco" LOL or something of that nature. At the end of the day, I think flamenco is not bound by palos, but rather is a spirit and an approach to playing... an attitude, maybe. Cheers! ;)
Ramzi I Saw your chanel but honestley if you accept my opinion is your nivel in guitar still stable and limit because you have all material in your house plz is just oppinion and i like you as a follower
The intro piece was sounding so good can u make a video about rest stroke arpeggios it's a new term I heard I was always wondering about that sound now I know what it is thankyou Maestro
Hey Void, thanks for watching. Yes this arpeggio is definitely interesting from Vicente. In this video I explain it. ua-cam.com/video/wWIp9Nr4BV8/v-deo.html Go to 0:40 from there. Cheers and good luck!
Luciano, have you thought of recording some of these improvisations on an album? One song could be a tribute to Paco, another to Vicente, third to Ramon Montoya (rondeña),...etc. This could be a very interesting project with your "reading" of these guitarists. Now speaking of unusual palos, do you know Pedro Javier Gonzàlez? He enjoys baffling the audience with "mystery" palos. For example, what palo do you make out of his cancion Pueblo Blanco, (available on UA-cam)? He is a fantastic guitarist and I would be very interested to hear your thoughts. Gracias amigo!
Thank you Hierro! It's a good idea of course. I have something like this I mind already, dedicating pieces to Maestros I feel connection and inspiration from. Regarding Pedro Javier, it's a beautiful piece, I love his playing as well! I think it's close to a Taranta really, since it's played on Bm, but in any case if the F#flat9 chord (Taranta chord let's say), is not used often to close the falsetas, then it's ok to also be a cancion I think. Just like "Alma" from "Antonio Rey". Cheers!
Oleee! Agua! Great Song! Grande Luciano, thanks a lot for sharing your knwoledge!! There are many experiment palos, and mixes i love Vals Flamenco from Niño Miguel, Sabicas and Jeff Beck Album's, Huellas album from Jorge Pardo and the great Zyryab o Cancion de Amor from the master of Masters!! Saludos desde Madrid!
Thanks Chris! No no Haha I don't listen often to Django, I just like the diminished scales in general, I used two different diminished scales here. Glad you like it!
Hi luciano , u r amazing as always I have a question in min 4:19 you go over the f major chord from one position to another is that a technique if so what is it called And how can i learn it over other chords Thx in advance
Thanks! What I did there was just simply changing the position (of the same chord), from one place to the other. Basically, from the first position on the first fret (E shaped F major), and going to the (C Shaped F Major) on the 5th fret. It doesn't have a technique name. You can of course do that with any chord really, just changing from one position to the other, (finding a note you can use to slide between each chords). Cheers!

Thanks Luciano, I guess the same could be said about Vicente's Roma, i.e. it's none of a particular palo but just a cancion in the rhythm of 6/8?
