Ditto. I can't remember who did it first, but it was always sporadic. It might have even been Catch Up Packets who did it first! They were definitely one of the earliest, and the reactions I remember most, thinking about it now! :)

As always, I love your analyses! I think the young girl was raised inside Lumon. She could have been born there. Also, I love your idea of Cobel having been severed as a kid. One possible quink in that theory is that Jame showed Helena supposedly the first chip created when she was a little girl. There's so much we don't know! I look forward to more of your theories.
