Charter Hold I was warlock with +6 spell damage and something like 6/7 board clear. The dragon got me... Killing the chests at turn 7 wasn't a good idea and using golden kobold to remuve the last board clear probably lost me the game (I got 3 manastorm from that... the game really wanted to make me regret picking all those board clear)
Azari? Hell no, Gutmook with Troggs is the worst fucking thing I always encounter as Mage. Having 6+ spells with +6 damage in your deck won't do much when every spell you toss just gives him an extra 3 damage on every turn while you can't even use them to trade.
Just trust me if I Tell you those were the most boring 20 minutes of my life. Nothing happened. Trump just had to wait silently to draw his whole deck to finish him. I thought about keeping the fight or at least some of it because we havent seen the boss on this channel yet but it was sooooo boring :((( ~ jens
The "summon a 1/3 trogg" one is not that bad, he's got enough meaty cards. I always land the "draw a card and it's free" one though, which just fucks you with a deck like this.
Spell-only Decks lose to trogg 1 usually, cause they get overzooed. Normal Decks with ~20% percent spells dont really Care about some stats, but the free Card without a good milling orpotunity Kills them usually.
Just finished my first Mage dungeon on my 4th or 5th try, did it with reno/unique mage, with double vitality potion and a Rod of Roasting. Inkmaster to cast rod on the cheap, and Reno to heal 100+ every game came down to a rigged russian roulette.
Played against her once with a really bad pirate warrior. With the gloves I stole the quest and her cataclysm and got her quest out on turn 4 cause of the extra mana crystal. My deck was so bad we went to fatigue even with that but I managed to get her lol.
I was so unlucky on a mage run oce, the third boss had the Amara, warden of hope quest, I well all face only to see him get back to 40 health at turn 5
i got wax element for mage. its good, but especially for mages. it can practically solo some bosses (definitely the ones that use weapons). if not, you can still molten reflection and echo of medivh your way to victory.
TIP> when you finish with all 9 classes you may not be able to choose that card back you get from it, if that happens all you need to do is log out and back in thats what i did and i could choose it.
I won with mage my first go. It seemed super easy with flamewakers and other tempo stuff. I've actually had the most trouble with priest, mostly because I've got absolutely abysmal treasures.
Mage was the hardest for me and finished it last. I ended up making a big spell mage with +3 spell damage and almost infinite AOE. I got lucky and got the darkness for the final boss
In my mage Dungeon Run I got offered Robe of the Magi. Twice. So I went into the final match with passive +6 Spell Damage. It was a bit of a shame because I ended up against the dragon, so I have to be careful not to play any board wipes and avoid opening every single chest. I still beat her pretty handily.
So, you theoretically get a double justicar's ring. Would it stack? And would that give you an instawin combo with the Coldarra drake pack seen on 12:08 ?
I'd say rouge is the hardest followed by mage. Warrior, Priest, Warlock and Paladin are decent to good with the right setup. Shaman and Druid are broken with jades and battlecry and Hunter is solid all around probably the best class because of the versatility
How I won with mage: 1) draft iceblock 2) get health buff 3) draft infinite pyroblast 4) draft lots of freeze, use freeze to slow opponent, then use 1 or 2 in combination with 3
i also won mage with caos no one would ever think that's the way of going with mage but it turns out if you get random spells some of them can help you clear the board and even burn you opponent face
My first run was my first win. I got lucky +1 +1, into the card that let's you play 0 cost minions and late game into perm stealth. I picked a few legendarys on the way mainly 2 kts and 3 lichen kings. Opening hand of last boss was kt lich and the 0cost card. Then on my first draw a second lich.
I once got the greatest rogue mill deck I could have possibly made, I had 2 candles so I couldn’t even deck myself and I fatigued out like 4 bosses in a row but then my last boss was Azari and he demolished me
It's funny Trump says he had trouble with Jaina. I guess I lucked out, cause I completed the run on the first try with Jaina. Priest took me like 20 or more tries.
Mage is the most bullshit one, all you get offered are spells then have to face that trogg boss and get absolutely stomped. The one run I was lucky enough not to face him, I got the watcher as the end boss and what an absolute load of shit that was, got his nether portal on turn 5, and just had every perfect clear after that. Salt
shadowflame141 Hunter was the easiest one for me. Fought the boss that discards my deck as the final one, but I had my dk so it didn’t matter. Mage on the other hand can’t do shit with terrible minions and generally bad spells.
King Bling I faced him with fatigue rouge and his first discard got my violet illusionist, I was able to end up in a draw which then gave me the dragon boss which is probably the easiest one
Maybe I just got lucky on my Mage run by getting +3 spell damage as my first loot, but I didn't have any trouble. I just took all the damage dealing spells and magical friends I could and burned every boss out.
Rewatching these to try and get some idea to complete my runs could someone explain to me why its not good to keep the quest when it's 0? I can understand the one when he picked it cause it'd never be completed, but basically after the second boss he had more than enough to get it
So far for me mage has been the easiest. Beat the whole dungeon twice in three attempts total (for comparison, beating it for the first time as warrior took like 8 runs, the second time around 7). Both times my win deck was extremely OPopie. Kinda hard to lose when your minions have +3 spell damage, permanent stealth, and run Malygos, Antonidas, Sorcerer's Apprentices, Flamewaker, Doomsayers and, above all, Animated Armor (!!!). Second successful run was +3 spell damage discounted chaos run with tons of burn such as Pyroblasts and Fireballs, AoE, 2 Decks of Wonders and Embers of Ragnaros for 33 face damage for 2 mana.
It is very interesting how different it is, i had a clear run 1 time all 8 bosses defeated with Hunter and with the other classes im struggling, sometimes the bosses are OP.
A lot of it depends on what bosses you end up facing (my dude Paladin always runs into the Dragon as the final boss for instance), on draw order in the early games and on some RNG in the late games. You can easily lose to boss 3-4 (I even lost two boss 2 twice) if you don't draw your early game and they get a lock down on the board, since you usually don't have enough fuel to burn then down without at least 10 points of minion damage. Had a totally OP handbuff swarm pally that got all the treasures from the treasure room, and got slaughtered by Togwaggle who somehow randomed 5 Candles with his hero power by turn 7, while my +1/+1 Zoo Warlock steamrolled him and killed him on turn 8 with no opposition because Togwaggle didn't get Candle or Wand of Disintegration even once.
Don't look at his T-shirt if you plan on watching the dungeon escape video. Kind of a spoiler. Having said this, I now realise that if I say this the first thing you'll do is look at his shirt...
2nd run on warrior I had an epic 7th game where I was about to fatigue and had no minions left then I use golden monkey into the archbishop that copies the opponents deck with double battlecry and won...Faced Azari, Literally 1 turn away from winning when I wiped his board with a 13/13 Deathwing...Boss topdecks doomguard and kills me :(
Love these dungeon runs from Trump! Always super entertaining!
So how horribly did you misplay vs Kraxx?
Seems he just spent the entire fight passing turns to mill out the boss.
That Xol entry was glorious
Everybody do the disco!!!
Disco Xol best Xol
I once lost on a +6 spell damage mage run.
Fucking azari.
Charter Hold
I was warlock with +6 spell damage and something like 6/7 board clear.
The dragon got me...
Killing the chests at turn 7 wasn't a good idea and using golden kobold to remuve the last board clear probably lost me the game (I got 3 manastorm from that... the game really wanted to make me regret picking all those board clear)
I killed azari with mage 1st try no hp lost idk how )D
I did it today. Inkmaster Solia -> Infinite Pyroblast Treasure -> Get lucky -> Win
azari is pretty easy if your deck isn't grindy.
Azari? Hell no, Gutmook with Troggs is the worst fucking thing I always encounter as Mage.
Having 6+ spells with +6 damage in your deck won't do much when every spell you toss just gives him an extra 3 damage on every turn while you can't even use them to trade.
Tzeench have chosen Trump as his champion! Just as planned!
BLOOD FOT HE BLOOD GOD SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE
Garandfather Nurgle is the best!
so why did it skip the giant golem boss?
Just trust me if I Tell you those were the most boring 20 minutes of my life. Nothing happened. Trump just had to wait silently to draw his whole deck to finish him. I thought about keeping the fight or at least some of it because we havent seen the boss on this channel yet but it was sooooo boring :(((
~ jens
Trump 😂😂
Trump at least add in a frame telling people that.
I appreciate saving us the boredom but let us know what happened. Anyways, I love your editing and it's getting better and better! :)
i bet he misplayed really hard Kappa
they don't call him T H E M A D M A N for nothing
T H E M A T H M A N
was not all chaos
Wait it’s the Madman I’ve been thinking it was “The Map Man” and it was an inside joke or something
Trump: theres the game changer.
Sylvanas: I have no time for games.
Lolol
Change indeed.
When you're that good the cards can hear you lol xD
Forrest Marsh I have time for wild games.
I know a Ronald Jenkees song when I hear one! Great use of them! Good stuff.
Godly Object the name of the song please.
Nahuel Gomez It’s several songs but I believe it’s Stay Crunchy and Throwing Fire
Now this is a deck fitting for *T H E M A D M A N*
IT'S A THIRTY VS THIRTY BATTLE ARENA
So lucky not to run into a single anti-spell boss
The "summon a 1/3 trogg" one is not that bad, he's got enough meaty cards. I always land the "draw a card and it's free" one though, which just fucks you with a deck like this.
That one is super easy you just fatigue him.
he played millhouse manastorm on turn 7 with antonidas in hand...
tunnel trogg? tunnel trogg? 14/57 of stats on the board? eh, you got 0 life...
Spell based decks are usually the hardest because they instantly lose against trogg
Spell-only Decks lose to trogg 1 usually, cause they get overzooed. Normal Decks with ~20% percent spells dont really Care about some stats, but the free Card without a good milling orpotunity Kills them usually.
chaos is pleased by your contribution, it will not protect you from exterminatus though.
GOD I LOVE THE PERSON WHO EDITS YOUR VIDEOS
Wait, Bink the Burglar? It's not always Giant Rat or Wee Whelp? WHAT?
randomchicken01 yeah hes a bit rare, about as rare as the murloc fisher I believe
Bink is actually pretty strong (for a first encounter), if you draw bad and dont get a 1 or two drop you can actually lose to him.
Love the Ronald Jenkees in the background at the end.
Haha love Trump, but also love the edits. The end boss music and his face at the very end 10/10 lol
Love the use of Ronald's music in the Xol fight. I bought most of his songs because of you. Good stuff.
At 24:28 Trump gives his best Ben Brode impersonation
Just finished my first Mage dungeon on my 4th or 5th try, did it with reno/unique mage, with double vitality potion and a Rod of Roasting. Inkmaster to cast rod on the cheap, and Reno to heal 100+ every game came down to a rigged russian roulette.
IT BEEN SO LONG SINCE I HEARED THIS AMAZING SONG 34:36.
Plz if anyone knows the name of it let me know.
Ronald Jenkees - Throwing Fire
I know its a song in the game before the echo which is a unique fun music game. I suggest you check it out.
It's from "Skippy's Dance Video", with wicked dance moves adding to the music...
There is also Ronald Jenkees - disorganized fun
trump plays that before and after throwing fire
Kinda reminds me of The Secret of Monkey Island theme.
Got the perfect cthun draft. Everything went great and then.... flumox flumox flumox.... that beholder can kiss my twisting nether
I'm guessing... he really twisted your nether! Eh? Eh? No? Ok.
by now I stole XOls quest twice with the gloves of Mugging, even completing it on hunter due to Deathwing. It was hilarious.
You can steal it after he completes it too. He usually doesnt play portal same turn as completion so you got a good chance of nabbing it
Played against her once with a really bad pirate warrior. With the gloves I stole the quest and her cataclysm and got her quest out on turn 4 cause of the extra mana crystal. My deck was so bad we went to fatigue even with that but I managed to get her lol.
Yoo that was dope with the music in the end! Hell yeah
This is like the best video series on youtube. Hasn't been topped yet. But the current f2p series is some good competition...
Man this makes me want to go do some dungeon runs right now.
I was so unlucky on a mage run oce, the third boss had the Amara, warden of hope quest, I well all face only to see him get back to 40 health at turn 5
I had an amazing mage run with loads of arcane giants and the ´minions cost 5 mana´ thing, which interact beautifully.
Can't get enough of this intro!! w00t
i got wax element for mage. its good, but especially for mages. it can practically solo some bosses (definitely the ones that use weapons).
if not, you can still molten reflection and echo of medivh your way to victory.
Automatically recognised Ronald Jenkee's on that last match, +1 to attack and hp, + 5 armor, restores +5 hp and +100 awesome :D
"Sturmi be making little wax buds! Oh! She is being big fun at Kobold parties."
That's a weed reference Blizzard, don't try to pretend it's not.
So, you theoretically get a double justicar's ring. Would it stack? And would that give you an instawin combo with the Coldarra drake pack seen on 12:08 ?
mage IS pretty hard. especially going against gutmook
XzBionicRamZx Warrior is pretty hard for me
If you want to win as warrior get the permanent invis and just go face with chargers and pirates
I'm still struggling with Mage.
M L exactly yet I have the best cards on mags lol I destroy with paladin only
24:24 that rng won him the whole run
My completed mage run was also a quest mage with double khadgar orb and like 3 tomes, Jaina and some elementals, including baron geddon.
Nice Ronald Jenkees playlist boss theme music
This is a story of eight adventurers trying to take down the Chaos Mage Boss.
I'd say rouge is the hardest followed by mage. Warrior, Priest, Warlock and Paladin are decent to good with the right setup. Shaman and Druid are broken with jades and battlecry and Hunter is solid all around probably the best class because of the versatility
"I want to meme but I also kinda wanna win" -Trump, in the last days of 2017
This wasn't just a chaos mage! This was a Chaos Control mage!
Trump: THERE WILL BE CHAOS
me: SO MUCH CHAOS
How I won with mage: 1) draft iceblock 2) get health buff 3) draft infinite pyroblast 4) draft lots of freeze, use freeze to slow opponent, then use 1 or 2 in combination with 3
Then get to last boss that is azari and u lose all your cards at turn 5
when did iceblock activate on your turn? I though secret only activate on enemy turn?
Phú Đức Nguyễn no one mentioned about it being popped during ur turn
Ice Block is completely worthless if you're planning on playing Rod of Roasting.
Rhyme Bito why so lol
i also won mage with caos no one would ever think that's the way of going with mage but it turns out if you get random spells some of them can help you clear the board and even burn you opponent face
I've failed a bunch of Mage ones, I put some of it down to getting cards that are either super aggro, or super controlly.
Fun story, I beat mage on my first try. Got Justicar's Ring in a (mostly) Inspire list, including Kodorider, Mukla's Champion, and Nexus Champion.
CHAOS CHAOS! I CAN DO ANYTHING!
THE THIRTY VS THIRTY BATTLE ARENA MAN
Man, i love this mode
My first run was my first win. I got lucky +1 +1, into the card that let's you play 0 cost minions and late game into perm stealth. I picked a few legendarys on the way mainly 2 kts and 3 lichen kings. Opening hand of last boss was kt lich and the 0cost card. Then on my first draw a second lich.
Playing that hot Ronald Jenkees in the background!
Embrace the chaos ?! Somebody call an inquisitor, we have a heretic here.
Go ahead it will be their downfall.
What's this a reference to?
DieEnteable Warhammer40k
Thank you.
Seeing unstable portal triggered my PTSD.
Archaon would be proud
What is the theme you used when you are fighting Xol?
91 wins still not done it i did throw a couple wins on the 8th boss
Ive been waiting for someone to call an iteration of a Knc mage deck "Chaos Mage" lmao it sounds so badass
28:07 Could've fireballed your sylvanas FeelsBadMan
Awesome music Xol fight
Did Toggwaggle just say Sturmie brings Bud Wax to his Kobold parties?
Isn't the final boss music the old Trump outro?
Does anyone know what music is playing at the beginning at 0:00? It sounds so familiar, I can't place it...
Pls never stop playing
Hey man, what's that juicy song on the last boss? a man needs a name :) tyy!
Should have gone full Chaos tbh
That good old Kharazan music
I actually played the same thing (Well, i had the ice wall and robe of magi, but basically chaos mage) and beat 8/8! I’m serious this deck is powerful
One time while playing quest mage in the dungeon, I got unstable evolution and completed the quest in one turn.
Anybody know the song used at the end?
What song is played for the last boss?
I once got the greatest rogue mill deck I could have possibly made, I had 2 candles so I couldn’t even deck myself and I fatigued out like 4 bosses in a row but then my last boss was Azari and he demolished me
It's funny Trump says he had trouble with Jaina. I guess I lucked out, cause I completed the run on the first try with Jaina. Priest took me like 20 or more tries.
sick backround music
i must know what song is called when he's playing against xol
Mage is the most bullshit one, all you get offered are spells then have to face that trogg boss and get absolutely stomped. The one run I was lucky enough not to face him, I got the watcher as the end boss and what an absolute load of shit that was, got his nether portal on turn 5, and just had every perfect clear after that. Salt
If you have 6+ spell damage and all spells its not a big deal xD
shadowflame141 Hunter was the easiest one for me. Fought the boss that discards my deck as the final one, but I had my dk so it didn’t matter. Mage on the other hand can’t do shit with terrible minions and generally bad spells.
Hah u shall know the pain when u play mage and get to the final boss only to see azuri who takes 2 top cards and discards them
Agreed, mage is arguably the hardest class to do a dungeon run with. I only managed to beat it with a battlecryer elemental + DK build.
King Bling I faced him with fatigue rouge and his first discard got my violet illusionist, I was able to end up in a draw which then gave me the dragon boss which is probably the easiest one
Good to see that Trump finally embraced the chaos gods...but you'd be better off picking Khorne!
What happened to boss 3? Was clipped out, but why?
Maybe I just got lucky on my Mage run by getting +3 spell damage as my first loot, but I didn't have any trouble. I just took all the damage dealing spells and magical friends I could and burned every boss out.
Finally he comes against the Boss that i come up against every time and lose every time :I
I got a Hunter run with 6 Kathrenas
and the passive that makes minions cost 5. It was quite insane
NotGorilla had both totems with jade rogue and 4 ayas -> than bricked harder than fking anything vs Flllrgl and got rekt :D... yaaaaaaay
I had a jade deck with the passivs your battlecrys and deathrattles trigger twice filled up my board with tons of jade golems no chance for any boss😂
I was praying for Robe from 2nd treasure, would have been so much fun
Rewatching these to try and get some idea to complete my runs could someone explain to me why its not good to keep the quest when it's 0? I can understand the one when he picked it cause it'd never be completed, but basically after the second boss he had more than enough to get it
Ah the old outro song, how i've missed it..
My mage run was my first successful one, with cloak of invisibility and archmage antonidas
nice edition at xol part XD
Thumbnail so cool
Mage is the first run i won. Had +6 spell power and almost full spell deck, 3 blizzard 2 pyroblasts.
29:46 trump are you an IHE fan???
What's the song playing while he fights the boss?
if you frozen clonne the nether relm double quest?
2nd run on warrior I had an epic 7th game where I was about to fatigue and had no minions left then I use golden monkey into the archbishop that copies the opponents deck with double battlecry and won...Faced Azari, Literally 1 turn away from winning when I wiped his board with a 13/13 Deathwing...Boss topdecks doomguard and kills me :(
What's the song that plays the whole Xol fight?
Mage is only hard if you dont get spell power, and dont pick fire whenever possible. Fireballs and pyroblasts for days.
what is the name of the song at the end of the video?
