In February 2024, BtoB announced the establishment of sub-label BtoB Company under DOD Entertainment for BtoB group activities and solo activities of members' Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel. Changsub and Sungjae signed contracts with Fantagio and IWill Media respectively for the management of their solo activities. Does this mean that BtoB is now only 4 members (the ones shown above?) from now on?
They are still 6 and forever will be. Sungjae often not participating in group schedule even back then when they're still in cube, because he is shooting a drama. And now he is absent for the same reason. While changsub has developed a vocal nodule so he should take a rest from singing. He is getting better tho.
The 4 members signed in BTOB label were the members who continued to focus on music and expand the group activities. It is the reason why Peniel and Hyunsik got a solo comeback while Eunkwang and Huta got a sub unit. While sungjae chose a different path which is music and acting while changsub theater, and music. Nevertheless, the labels where Sungjae and Changsub signed are committed to prioritize their BTOB activities (comeback promotions, concerts etc...) so basically BTOB continued as 6 member group.

not really, but i guess to match their schedules together, it's kinda hard. But if they have a new song, they will include changsub and sungjae too.
