it NEVER snows in miami.its just some carnival with a christmas theme.I live in miami, and i've NEVER EVER seen snow.
By the way it is currently 54 degrees and is expected to drop to the 40's. This is typical here for this time of year. Last year it acually dropped the low 30's.
