I literally froze when Sadie started talking about what they were going to cover in the podcast. It was exactly what I am going through right now. God is so good. Isn't it wonderful how God speaks to us. ❤️
I always say to myself "I wish I had christian friends who were vulnerable with me with their walk in the Lord", but realised I could be that friend. If you're feeling it, then it's most likely someone else is feeling the same way. The enemy will use anything to try and stop us from God's purpose for our lives and the things that will help push us in that direction. One of these is a strong christian community, because when we're united properly it's powerful.
Dear God, Father in heaven, thank you that your spirit is working in us each day to make us more like you. Thank you for the christian community you've placed in our lives. Lord, I pray that you would help us to be vulnerable with the right people, and open up about our struggles with other believers. God, I pray that we can have real genuine friendships, ones where we can all encourage each other in our walk with you. Lord, help us to not only find these friends, but also be that friend. I pray that we can all run the good race together, and spur each other on in truth and in love. In Jesus' name, I pray amen.

⚠️ WOMEN DEFYING GOD ⚠️
1 Timothy 2:12 - But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1 Corinthians 14:34 - Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1 Corinthians 14:35 - And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
1 Timothy 2:11 - Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

Jesus commissioned the woman at the well to go back to her town and tell the good news. Her town was transformed Please read about Deborah the prophetess. Ruth saved her people from destruction by leading her nation in prayer and fasting and appearing before the king. Paul was taught the scriptures by two women. Abigail in her wisdom stopped King David from killing her husband who was a fool . David would have compromised his leadership had he done so. When Abigail's husband died, King David married her. God chose a young lady, Mary, to give birth to His Son. Rahab the prostitute is in the lineage of Jesus Christ as is Bathsheba. God loves women and He used them mightely in ancient times and today! One must consider in context the religious and cultural practices of ancient times when it comes to women which are the scriptures you just quoted. That is how women were treated back then. So, to see woman used by God in the Bible was truly a stamp of approval by God because in His almighty wisdom He superceded cultural practices. If God can use a donkey, (Balaam's donkey) He can use anyone who is willing and obedient. Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. Paul is the author of Galatians.

The Bible doesn’t tell us whether she OBEYED Jesus or not, so by adding things to the Bible you are committing blasphemy.
I love how women defy the word of God by saying that a woman gave birth to Jesus, or a woman who is about to be stoned was mentioned in the Bible. They think that what happened previously nullifies the laws that Jesus spoke to the apostles.
So go ahead and defy God and create your own version of the Bible and rebuke any laws that you don’t like. See how it goes with you on judgment day.
I gave you the word of God and you rebuked it.
The great commission commands both men and women to MAKE DISCIPLES - you can’t make disciples if you’re not having Spirit Led Godly conversations. Praying for you heart!
@@karinaxmontez There’s a difference between abiding in Christ, and “doing things in the name of Jesus”.
And that difference is very simple from the words of Jesus: “if you love me, keep my commands”.
For some reason, people believe they can walk with Jesus while defying Jesus at the same time. These are the ones that Jesus himself warned us about:
Matthew 7:23
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophecied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderfull works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: Depart from me, ye that works iniquity.
So here’s the bottom line:
Jesus told us to obey him.
After Jesus rose from the dead, he appointed 12 apostles to write his laws and anointed them with great power.
So this place is the woman in a position to choose: either to rebuke, or obey the laws that Jesus spoke through his apostles. I assure you, Jesus would not have said that many will come to him as I previously quoted, if it weren’t such a crucial warning for disobedient people within the church.
I hope you’ll pray, seek wisdom and discernment, and allow God to reveal where your heart truly lies with Jesus Christ.
