Absolutely beautiful painting! But there’s something about this I love more: based on your profile picture you are clearly not Christian therefore Christmas is not necessarily a holiday you would celebrate based on your native culture yet here you are not only respecting it but even making it a bit more beautiful and magical! If more people would just try to understand or even adopt your mentality the world would be a better place. Thank you. Piece and love! ❤
I don't see the festive season in a religious light; instead, I see it as a way for everyone to come together and celebrate. Having spent two years in Pittsburgh, I enjoyed the distinct seasons and how people adorned their surroundings to celebrate each season.I miss those days, and I relive them by painting what I experienced there.
It's gorgeous and very meaningful for many. Thank you for sharing your love of painting and all your wonderful Christmas cards. You're a beautiful person with kindness in her heart. 🩷 And I enjoy your music 🎶🎶🎶🎶
I absolutely love watching you paint Prema and I love the way you do your backgrounds with wet on wet and tilting of your board. Your paintings are so delightful and encompass the meaning of Christmas. Thankyou xx🥰🏴
Prema, I absolutely love this painting. It is simple (not for my level!) and uncluttered, but speaks volumes. It reminds me of my childhood holidays. Thank you for sharing your art. ❤
Hello Perma, just found your channel, good explanation and such a calm and steady hand😊 will try your motive for my Christmas cards to family, friends and colleagues
Your painting is uplifting, and very beautiful. Would you mind sharing which mop brush you use? I realize you are not promoting any particular product, and your paintings are a result of your masterly skill, but I appreciate the way your mop brush performs. Thank you!
Thank you for your kind words! 🩵 I’m using the Escoda Ultimo size 16 mop brush. I don’t feel comfortable recommending specific brushes, paints, or papers since everyone’s experience and preferences can vary based on their needs and affordability.
@ Thank you, In fact all my brushes are Escoda Prado Brushes! Thank you for sharing, because I do understand just how personal brushes are. Thank you for responding, because this gives me the chance also to let you know how much your teaching and demonstrations inspire me, guide my practice and sooth my spirit. Thank you for what you do. I always look forward to your new paintings and ideas. You are intuitive when it comes to what you share about how you achieve your art. Have a beautiful day! Cathy Varanka
I found your videos today and have watched about twenty so far. I’m very interested in the large brush you use even to do detail work-none of my brushes maintain such a fine point. What are you using? I looked for a video about your tools, but didn’t see one.
I have two great brushes: an Escoda Ultimo mop brush (size 18) and a Black Silver Velvet round brush (size 9). Check your compatability with these brushes before buying it as they are expensive.
I love this and I have already tried it a couple of times. What type of watercolor paper are you using? Your painting is beautiful. Thank you for this video. I did subscribe to your channel.
I am probably wetting the paper too much. I am using 300gsm 100% cotton also. CP. I find I am getting Colli flowers on the edges. But thank you for letting me know about the paper and this video in particular because I really love it. I actually added a “small pup’ to the picture too. So I have painted it both ways.
Beautiful and so much detail! ❤
Thank you!

Jesus is not a culture, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. And whoever believes in him and repents of his sins will be saved.
The Bethlehem Star is so lovely! Thank you!
Glad you like it!

Thank you! I’ll have to do some shopping to see if the less expensive synthetic squirrel brushes work just as well.
Love this! I do not see the link to the sketch?
I just added the link. Thanks for reminding me.

Nice lesson. Please consider not using music. It’s distracting to going into right brain.
Sure. I'll consider.
